Good room, very clean and welcoming. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was also great- especially the fresh croissants! I would certainly go again. The parking garage made us nervous. There is only one lane to go down and out of the garage. The parking garage was the only thing I felt uncomfortable with. If you plan on parking and leaving it there for the whole time like we did, then you may be fine. It's good for those who feel comfortable driving in parking garages and can deal with narrow spots.

Lovely stay at this hotel for 2 nights with my family. Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was perfectly fine if unexciting. Parking was a bit of a challenge and I was glad we only had a small car Hotel is steps away from the metro entrance so a great base to explore the city Would defintiely stay here again

There was a very nice breakfast every morning and the rooms had a kitchen sink, 2 burner electric stove, kitchen utensils and wares for anyone wanting to prepare some food in their room. A major problem was that there is no safe in the room, even if I've never had theft problems in the ten or more times I've stayed there. The suite hotel is very convenient to the popular gay village of Montreal.

As other reviewers noted, the hotel is quite dated. We had an issue with our first room and the front desk was prompt in addressing it and and moving us to another room no problem. The location is excellent for moving around the city. There is a Dollorama 5mins away which was really helpful for getting room supplies such as proper hand soap, paper towels, paper plates, snacks, beverages etc. We had no housekeeping over the 3 nights there though we didn’t request it. The breakfast was decent and the crosissants and bagels were tasty. Overall the hotel did well for what we needed it to do. The closest subway stop allowed us to get to Jean Tallon market and the Biodome with no problems whatsoever. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would ensure to bring your own toiletries and def make a visit to the dollar store to secure additional supplies. There’s a grocery store on way to dollar store if proper food items are desired.

Our rooms were clean and check in process was smooth and quick! It’s located near the metro station so it’s very convenient if you’re planning to use the subway. Croissants were also very good! Great stay overall! :)

Chose this hotel for the location and also having breakfast was a definite plus to start the day. The breakfast is pretty good and they have very large dining area. The room was clean and having kitchenette was a plus. The staff at breakfast and registration is friendly.

Came with a kitchenette and breakfast available in the lobby as well; location was a bit hard to get to due to construction

We had a great experience during our stay. The staff was always friendly and accommodating to our lack of french. The rooms are clean and have everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Have stayed here several times. Great location, and the rooms are just fine for meeting needs of travelers. Nice to have breakfast provided, and there are lots of options. Would have liked to have maid service during my three day stay, but I guess you need to ask for it now. Overall, no complaints here.

love the stay. Price was right and location is convenient and close to many tourist sites and all within walking distance. Staffs are friendly. Bed was comfy. We love the breakfast here as it was time saving and convenient for our trip. There are so many items you can choose including fresh fruit, fresh croissants and eggs. Only one thing we don't like is the bathroom as there is lack of vanity top, only a tiny narrow glass bar above the vanity sink, if you are a solo traveller, it could be just good.

The location is unbeatable. Close to everything. Quiet and immaculately clean. Good breakfast. Accommodating staff. Room big and spacious.

This is a great hotel to stay. It’s a great location, nicely kept place and ok breakfast. Too bad the staff don’t smile much. Even on check-in, not friendly.

Property was clean. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. However bathroom amenities was lacking ; just a small of soap and no body shower or lotion. Breakfast was ok.

Two things future guests should know: 1) the garage parking is reached by two or three flights of stairs so plan to park on the street to unload and load. 2) There is a large construction project directly next door, with loud equipment active quite early in the morning.
