The food

Had cooked breakfast first day. Second day had continental and only one slice of ham and little Brie available. Asked for more and were told you were cutting down on it. Staff member then went to kitchen and said there was none left. Continental breakfast usually includes more than bakery products, fruit a cereal.

Room was very clean, good shower Staff excellent, hotel had cosy comfortable feeling throughout

lovely clean room and the staff through out the hotel were all great, we enjoyed the pool area apart from the heated beds were turned off around 3.30 pm for some unknown reason, i think they were on a timer

Staff are amazing and always helpful, just a fantastic hotel allround. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the best place i like to stay in

Room was perfect, good size and a large bed, Service was amazing throughout but the restaurant staff stood out as very friendly and chatty with greatr service and happy at their work. great place to stay and will return.

I've stayed here many times and it never fails to astound me how lovely this hotel is. From the reception staff to the rooms themselves. Just a wonderful place to stay

Great location for our East Anglia base. Service was excellent and the staff very helpful. We stayed in the new wing which is spotless albeit spartan. Would be nice to have a micro and fridge. I didn’t play golf but think the management could put some investment towards course improvements. Someone told me there’s a focus on wedding bookings. I would say that marketing as a golf resort would compliment the wedding business nicely. In order to do this you have to have a really nice course and avoid negative reviews for golf.

Whilst quality of food was good poor selection on Sunday evenings plus very pricey for what we had no itemised bill Room comfortable but could do with a comfortable chair to sit in for the price Swimming pool facilities were great

Breakfast was nice, but they could have filled up the water jug in the room, and the TVs didn’t connect to any streaming services (despite reception saying they could)
