We had a great stay here, all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially the girls on the anamacion team. They were always cheery and even though our daughter is too young to participate in most things they always spoke to her and tried to include her, making balloon animals for her etc. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone else looking for a quiet family break on Ibiza.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The property is very large so it is nice that they will shuttle you to your room with your luggage. The property is far outside of the city so the beach at the bottom of the hill is not very busy and allows for relaxation and rest. I would recommend this property to a friend. The only issue we had was that the windows and doors are required to be closed for the A/C to work and the doors are old and do not close properly so we had to prop a piece of furniture against the door to keep it closed. WIth that the A/C was not very cold and had to run for several hours to make very little difference.

Lovely self catering apartment. Very nice location and weather superb. The area of ibiza is a bit all inclusive so there was not much choice in way of restaurants in the small village/town as it seems most eat at their all inclusive hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean, nice pool etc - I would recommend. One small issue was that the air con was in the kids bedroom area (living room) and there was no air con unit in the adult bedroom - kids were very cool, we were baking ...

Excellent fun-filled resort for the family! Live entertainment and games included and only a few minutes from a decent beach.

I was extremely excited to visit Ibiza, but after a few seconds as this hotel, that excitement transformed to dread and misery. Immediately, my stay turned sour upon check-in, solely due to the worst reception I have ever received at a hotel. A man, I unfortunately did not get his name due to anger and a desire to leave ASAP, with a tattoo on his arm, black hair, and glasses, greeted us with hostility and terrible etiquette. After a long bus ride from the airport to the property, instead of being welcomed, he was rude and aggressive. The facility itself is nothing like what the pictures show, but undeniably, the worst aspect of this property is the service and hospitality (or lack thereof). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the pools are antiquated, the food is bland, and worst of all, they belittle you and treat you like garbage. That receptionist single handedly ruined an entire weekend for me and my family with his gross attitude.

Renovated room, very comfortable, with two large pools and a sunbathing area. Both breakfast and dinner were Ok.

The walls are very thin so we could hear everything going on around us. They have nightly entertainment until about 11PM so don't plan on trying to sleep before then. We were exhausted from many hours of traveling and we kept getting disturbed by the DJ and party at the pool.

We enjoyed the majority of our stay. The apartment was a good size, and was kept clean through out our stay. The only issue we had was we were right under the pool & every morning at 7am we were woken by the cleaning staff cleaning around the pool, which involved dragging sun beds & the mop bucket along the floor (which sounded like someone pulling a big suitcase over a cobbled Street) I found this very annoying and very unessesery. I know the pool area had to be cleaned and it was good that they were doing it, but at 7am each morning ??

We were looking for something affordable next to San Miguel beach and this hotel definitely fits the bill. Staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, but fairly basic. The buffet breakfast was fine, but definitely nothing to write home about.

The apartment we rented was very nice - quite modern feel to it and a good view over the bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use any of the pools on site but had a look and they seemed nice enough. Only downside was the sound in the corridor running alongside the apartment echoed if anyone was nearby and sounded like they were in the bedroom.

Clean spacious room with a lovely view, slightly dated, but you don't go on holiday to spend it in your room! Only had breakfast once, as we were not all inclusive, and it was rather disappointing; coffee, hot chocolate and even orange juice didn't taste very nice, as the rest of the breakfast, except for the toast. Lovely calm location, definitely suggest it for family or couples who are looking for tranquillity. Few buses serving this location going to Ibiza, Sant Antonio, etc, but as the island is quite remote in the whole, it might be better to hire a car or scooter to go around. Definitely recommend San Miguel and this hotel!:)

we booked late so paid a premium and probably didnt get great value for money but its an ok hotel in a good location and a nice part of the island

we found the accommodation to have all we needed for a comfortable stay., especially for the price we paid. we had family living close to st gertrudis, so locatiion was very good. everything clean and very pleasant staff. a/c worked well which is so important in the hot months in order to sleep well - which we did. we were totally satisfied and will stay again.

It is a good value apartment hotel in the north if Ibiza

Nicely finished apartment but not too well equiped for self catering. Food options limited if not all inclusive.

I stayed here 4 nights and thought it was a good place to bring a family with small children. It's a simple but comfortable setup with 2 pools and very easy walking distance to the beach and markets. Would come again.

enjoyable, but very basic!!

Booked this hotel for a long 4 day weekend - great experience. My fight was delayed and I got to the hotel at 4am: there was a night porter waiting for me. The hotel has a pool (mostly used by kids and all inclusive clients) and the beach and shops are 5mns walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming (although most will speak German to you first!). the room had a kitchenette and balcony and was fairly quiet (for Ibiza!) Would definitely recommend!
