It was a pleasant stay.

Great space for 3 travellers

The hotel was in a great location in St. John's. The room was huge with a very nice modern bathroom. The view of the city was great. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linen and pillows.

King suite was spacious and clean.

Could do better and you know it

Excellent hotel. The room was large and amazing. We really loved the whole hotel and all its amenities.

Clean rooms. Kitchen area needs a bit of an update. Beds were comfortable with newer linens. One small elevator that smelled of smoke and stairwell also smelled of smoke - probably some guest who wasn’t adhering to no smoking policy. Otherwise acceptable and good enough stay. Prices in the city a lot higher than I expected.

Room was very comfortable and clean, staff were exceptionally helpful and made our stay very easy and comfortable

Ideal location, close to every where. Staff were super helpful. Love the suite and the bedroom has a door so we have separate sleeping area from the kid. Very convenient.

Parking was bery good but the front desk staff were exceptionally good and friendly. This in itself made our stay amazing.

Nothing special but not very accessible if there are mobility issues. Stairs in and out. No ramp to access building.
