Overall a fantastic hotel and staff went out of there way to make sure you are happy ❤️

Yes lots of beds available which was good. A little difficult to get drinks in the restaurant as staff had to clear tables and take drink orders

Extremely poor service. Staff negligence in failing to collect our luggage caused us to miss our flight. The hotel refused to take responsibility and offered no help, leaving us stranded and out of pocket. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. No support no amd no refund given! very disappointing.

Stayed at Sherwood Exclusive Lara Resort recently and overall, it was an average experience, nothing exceptional, especially compared to other resorts in the Lara area. The property itself feels quite dated. While the location is good, the building and rooms definitely need an upgrade. One of the main issues we faced was the air conditioning in our room, it wasn’t working properly. Despite requesting it to be fixed, no technician ever showed up during our stay. The room would get quite hot, especially in the mornings and sometimes at night, and we had to keep the windows open just to get some airflow. Service was mixed. The general service staff (restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) were actually very helpful and polite, which we appreciated. However, the front desk staff had a noticeable attitude and were not very accommodating, which affected the overall experience. Another major inconvenience was their strict no-cash policy. They do not accept cash at all, which can put you in a difficult situation if your card is lost or not working, something to seriously consider before staying here. Overall, it’s not a terrible place, but compared to other resorts nearby, it falls short in terms of service, maintenance, and flexibility. With a few improvements, it could be much better, but for now, there are definitely stronger options in the same area.

Staff very rude few got angry for no reason when I was ordering drinks they seem undertaffed at times

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the jacuzzi room and the sea view was spectacular. The resort is definitely exclusive and has lot’s of activities and really good entertainment on site. The entertainment team Ikra, Rabiya & David all really good and kept us involved with all the activities. The beach is on site and takes literally few minutes from your room to the beach. The food was great at all times brekkie, lunch & dinner. The restaurant on the beach is really good and serves fresh food, my husband had the chicken & lentil soup very delicious and popular. We would definitely return again. Thank you.

It’s a beautiful property, I had the best room with the best view. Everything was clean. The Staff was polite. The drinks and the food were unlimited and of excellent quality. The pools were clean. The beach was easily accessible. My only complaint was that my bedroom was too hot as I understand it was winter and they probably had a setting of keeping the heating on 24x7, but apart from that everything was top-notch.

Had jazzuci room it was great with balcony and views. Food was outstanding, spoiled for choice. We went turkish al ka carte, you won’t be disapointed. Staff excellent and attentive, always accomodating and helpful. Plenty of activities to do trough day for adults and kids…i may be returning again…loved it

Rip you off with the taxi service and local taxi drivers again rip you off and at war with uber drivers. You will see them chasing them out the area. I’d avoid all the hotels here and just stay in Antyala. Disgrace they get away with ripping you off cause you’re British.

Room was clean and a great view of all the area and beach from our room. plenty of water and cold drinks in the fridge, there bed was queen size and comfortable, there was towels on robes for us to use on the beach, there was 2 hot water pools, and a jacuzzi indoor also, the massage people were good and my wife had a pedicure also, We was on the 8th floor and had to wait for the lifts once or twice, so when it’s busy there you need to bear that in mind. The food in the restaurant was very good, but towards the end it became a little repetitive.

We are 2 parents and a child. We had a lot of fun. The whole facility was well looked after and most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was a heated pool that was a fun shape When it got cold out, we used the indoor pool. The cafes and bars where everywhere. The buffet was great. I mostly filled my plate from the carver and the grill. The gym was 24 hour, it needs a bit of repairs but honestly it was still great to use. The room was spacious and well kept. When booking there was achoice of partial sea view or sea view. I paid extra for sea view but 50% of my view was the other building, on the other side of the pool, so i wasnt happy with that but it didn't spoil my trip. It wasn't a big deal as we spent little time in the room. There also wasnt a tissue box in the room, this was odd. There were so many facilities that we were still discovering things on day 6. It would make more sense to give us a welcome pack to explain everything. It could even just be a QR code in the room. 5 stars as i would be happy to come again or recommend it.
