Love the location between the beach (~2 blocks) and city center (~5-6 blocks). Great sevice and hotel lobby restaurant. Room was a little dated and musty.

The staff are this hotel are fantastic - they were so helpful and accommodating when we were stranded as a result of the power outage in Spain. We can’t thank them enough! Also, the beds are extremely comfortable and the showers very powerful. We would definitely return.

beautiful hotel on a top notch location , walking distance to the beach , pier boardwalk, downtown, bull arena, parks, etc, hotel is as clean as can get , nice restaurant and breakfast buffet, decent gym , beautiful roof top terrace with Jacuzzi and sauna plus spa, staff is friendly and attentive. why not to give 5 stars? well $17 euros per person for breakfast, over $25 cad, is way too expensive, like most restaurants in touristic zones in Spain way overpriced, but I will stay in this hotel next time I visit Malaga .

Two night stay to see more of beautiful Malaga. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room…..Will return for sure.

The hotel's location, great views (at least from the 8th floor!) cleanliness and fantastic, friendly, staff mean we would certainly consider staying here again. However, the decor was rather old-fashioned and our bathroom was very 'tired' and whilst clean, was in need of major cosmetic attention.

I’d give this hotel 4.5 out of 5. They catered for our needs (two adults and a 10 month old) really well. With a room facing the bullring it was quiet and peaceful during our stay in March. Maybe also due to the majority of the clientele being more mature in age. Breakfast is reasonable, it didn’t seem to change over the 5 days we were there but enough choice. The gym is well equipped for a good workout. The Promessa restaurant looks very nice but with a 10 month old not really the place for us.

Although at the end of the park plaza. An easy walk into the central part of town along the sea walkway

The location is excellent - five minutes from the beach and, via the tunnel, ten mins from the old town. The breakfast is terrific, the rooms spotless and the view from the terrace breathtaking. The staff are also extremely professional and personable.

Great location, with the Marina and the Historic Centre right on your doorstep along with some fantastic views if you're lucky enough to get a corner room! Also a fantastic spa - highly recommend the massage if you want to de-stress or just pamper yourself!

Stayed at hotel for one night nice big room with views over bullring. Lost my sunglasses in the room dropped under bed, phoned hotel on the day I left told was told they would have to check tomorrow when cleaner back on shift.Emailed and phoned again next day spoke to receptionist informed could not be found. Got impression they were not interested in helping anyone who had lost property. They have restaurants called Promisa one of worst meals ever had. Waiter too attentive removing drinks and food before we had finished. Meal was cold sent back still could not get knife through steak. Ordered another dish not much better. A big disappointment for a special birthday, maybe alright for a drink but definitely not for eating out. Enjoyed staying in this hotel in the past but just felt now there was no customer care.

The staff was great and very attentive. The hotel is at a perfect distance from all of the nearby attractions and tour meeting points. We had an amazing view!!!

Great location. Easy walking to all of the sights, and of course the beach and port. Great choice of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets within 10 minutes walk of hotel. We had breakfast in hotel first day, and it was very good, - but price made us eat more than we needed to. We had breakfast out for the rest of the holiday as in sunshine, with lots of choice and saving money. Hotel we were always happy to return to during the day as clean and quiet. Roof top great views and good alternative to the beach. Free towels and loungers in sunshine. Air con worked well and nice balcony helping us relax. Friendly staff throughout. a couple in the bar area could have been more attentive which is only reason it did not get a 5. Sure Food would have been good - but majority shell fish or Sashi, and not something my wife could eat. Enough venues around though that it caused no problem, and we were always welcomed to drink in the bar or the garden, Fulfilled all our needs.

Beautiful room and vuew in a great location!

Everything was perfect. Especially the staff members were superb! I will definitely revisit.
