Positives-Good breakfast and helpful staff. Negatives- unpleasant carpet stains in room, no toilet brush

No comment but they need to clean properly because I got forehead acne after I checked out. Must be from pillows not cleaned properly and floor are dirty

Amazing location, good restaurants right behind, 10-15 walk to the station and mall Very clean property and courteous staff. Would visit again

Had some issues first night with no AC but the maintenance man was super helpful. And they moved us to another room!

Good location and price.

Hotel is average. Rooms unimaginative. The gym is a useful addition. Breakfast the same as every chain hotel in the world, and ok. Milk for tea and coffee in bedrooms labelled as non-milk milk. That's not great.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Room was hot abd bed was dirty sheets

i went there to relax paid soo much money to have awful experience couldn’t sleep all night sooo much noise and outside too many drunk people making noise 2 o clock i went downstairs and ask the staff he said he can only offer me earplugs he can’t do anything much about it .wake up and complain again this not a good hotel if you want to relax it’s like you pay for worse experience .
