Nice, clean place centrally located. Great value. Would absolutely stay there again.

Don’t be fooled by the first picture, this is NOT the hotel. It is the castle close by. The hotel has a very unremarkable store front on the street that easily passed by. The interior is well done and cute. Our room was well suited for our needs as family of four traveling. There is NO A/C and only a small fan provided air for circulation from the windows that barely opened. The hotel has a great location and we lucked into parking right around the corner at the police station for $36 for 18 hours. There are many restaurants close by with a lot of dining options. The brand new park that is just up the river is absolutely fantastic if you have young children. We spent hours there. The staff was nice and the check the fastest I have ever done! Breakfast was nice, but basic. The crepes were a HUGE hit.

Stayed for one night having booked the standard twin room. Initial room room was very small and more a single sized room. Spoke with reception who quickly changed the room to a more appropriate larger room. Good service from reception and quickly resolved our issue. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good location close to the castle and lots of restaurants around to choose from. Street parking closeby and a supermarket just down the road.

A nice welcome at check in, spotlessly clean room with a good shower and comfortable bed. Short walk to the railway and bus station, also Örebro Castle within walking diatance. The hotel provides a very nice self service breakfast which was included. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a room with two single beds, was assigned a room with a double bed. Hotel staff made minimal efforts to rectify the mistake.

The property was well maintained the staff were friendly. Location is convenient.

It was easy to get to and there was always someone at the front desk to assist you or answer questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable!

Crowded breakfast area with many people gathered waiting in the lobby and no possibility to maintain social distance. What’s worse is that breakfast was served in a neighbouring hotel despite the fact that the hotel has a large breakfast room in the basement. Completely unacceptable that safety is compromised in this way, presumably to save money. I left and bought food at the supermarket down the street rather than have breakfast in a clearly unsafe environment.

Arrived after 11PM and no staff was available, had to call hotel twice before someone appeared to help with checkin and provide the room key. Breakfast served in sibling hotel Hjalmar across the street, but the room was OK!

Varför är det en bild på Örebro slott? Bara en sån sak. Det luktade illa på rummet och fönstret vette ut mot uteserveringen på innergården med ganska högljudd musik under dagen. Men personalen var trevlig.

Var lite skeptisk pga tidigare recensioner ang avloppslukt mm. Men rummet var nyrenoverat rent, fräscht och inte lyhört. inget att anmärka på annat än läget mot gatan och mycket livat nattliv fram till småtimmarna. Var tyvärr tvungna att ha fönster öppna då det annars blev för varmt, finns inget AC eller fläkt. Hotellet rent och centralt, trevlig personal och frukosten hade allt man behöver. Kommer gärna tillbaka men kommer då boka rum mot innergården.

Hemtrevligt boende med en mysig innergård.

Vi hyrde sviten delvis för att lyxa till det men också för att vi såg på Hotels att den hade bastu. Smutsigt och slitna rum med många skrap och märken i både väggar och tak. Hade definitivt behövts en ordentlig genomgång med bland annat spackling och målning. Smutsiga glas. Tom minibar. Trasig bastu. Allmänt dålig service och lever varken upp till bilderna eller prisbilden. Tråkigt med en så vacker gammal byggnad, fin innergård och centralt beläget hotell.

Enkla men trevliga rum. Välstädat.

Drt var helt fantastiskt kommer att bo här fler gånger.
