Not too clean and the place looks a bit run down. Was disappointed.

Was disappointed as everything seems a bit run down, dusty a bit. Doesn't look like a four-star hotel. Staff are friendly but service was not there. When we checked in previously, we were given sweet and wet towels, now no service. Actual birthday check in, we still need to tell the staff, not paying attention to it.

I love this hotel, very good quality with extremely great location, lovely staff, nice food. Already been there twice and will definitely stay there more in the future.
