Amazing stay and property

Beautiful facility! Really lovely resort.

Great staycation

The water park wasn't open. Couldn't get in any water even tho it was heated water. Did not do any of the "extra amenities" and was charged anyway!

Great stay! Would love to go back during the summer.

This place is wonderful! So many activities and dining options. Great open spaces for kids to run around. We will definitely stay again!!

We have been coming to this hotel since 2019 for New Years . Well kept hotel and the fireworks show is amazing . Lots of activities for families

Lovely stay. Had my team party there. Massages for all and then my daughter and I stayed over night and enjoyed dinner, drinks and camp fire.

Sprawling, beautiful complex with every imaginable activity. Every aspect of the facility was excellent.

This is the place to go to just get away in nature and relax. Everything one needs is there and the staff is top notch. They do need to offer better dining options. This part is crazy making. The resort is family oriented, kids are happy and have lots to do, the fire pits are so beautiful, the golf course is excellent, the spa is wonderful. BUT DINING? Come on… We love it there - open up your nightly Buffett, again.

Getting ahold of the front desk is nearly impossible. When you call the main number it goes straight to reservations who tells you to call the main number and push zero. When you do this it still goes to reservations. This happened multiple times at different times of the day. The toilet paper in this hotel is about as cheap as you can get. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect more. It took a bit to figure out how to turn the lights off that come on under the bed. Valet service was excellent, just pricey.

Food at the dinner restaurant is simply” horrible” avoid.

We have very bad experience it took us two hours to check in. The staff is not helpful in the front desk. They don’t give us the right to. I’m not happy and I will not recommend it to anybody to stay totally with kids. They will rule your vacation.

We have been to this property several times both in summer and fall. Love the outdoors. The pool is heated. Grounds are well maintained, beds very comfortable. The dining options are good. Gym is big. Definitely a great option for a quick getaway close to big cities in Texas.

Great kid activities. Bikes can be in better condition though

Normally I love the peacefulness of this hotel but in this case, our room was right near the construction and we heard it in our room in the mornings. Otherwise, I love this hotel
