The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I missed to have in the room was an iron.

Refrigerator did not work, everything else was great thanks.

The hotel is ideally situated right next to the beach, the superior room was large and well furnished and overlooked the sea. The reception staff were excellent and so very helpful. We had 2 electric bikes which they provided safe secure storage for. Bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning effective and quiet, even with 38 degC outdoor temps.

An excellent hotel with a good location right on the sea front. The sea view rooms have fabulous views over sardinero beach. Breakfast pretty good too.

The hotel is right on road by the Sardinero beach, but a bit off the beaten track for major sightseeing sites and restaurants. If you love to look at and walk along the seaside, this is a great place for you. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this might seem too far away from those areas. Our room was small but adequate, and it was acceptably clean. We found the beds comfortable and the street was quiet enough late in the evening to have the window open for sea breeze and wave sounds (we visited early in the season, so this may not be true in summer!). The restaurant was surprisingly good and with excellent service. The front desk staff seemed confused by their computer system, making check in and check out leisurely, but they were also very accommodating and helpful in suggesting parking options and places to go. Overall, a good experience and very good value for the price.

Room is modern, well equipped (safe, fridge, kettle, usb sockets) and smart. It is quite small - but adequate. Hotel is situated on sea front with excellent views from sea-facing rooms. We usually find on- street car parking close by. Good range of bars and restaurants close by. Bus to city centre stops close by

We had a greak room wirh a balcony facing the sea. The breakfast was excellent and the staff service was outstanding. The onlycomplaint that we had was that the air conditioning was not working properly and we were not able to bring the room temperature below 25 C making it unbearable to have a good night sleep. We finillay opened the window to tge sea andwe finallyhot some relief.

Great view in our room overlooking the ocean. Only negative was the inflated prices in the minibar.
