The perfect stay. Impressive welcome with a smile. The hotel is convenient to the old town and was clean with overall terrific service. I can’t fault it. I had a great stay and will always stay here when I visit Rouen.

Staff were exceptional

Stayed at this hotel several times , disappointed this time at about 2am could hear what seamed a boiler or some kind of pump. As if we were next too or above the boiler room. Complained on departure and apologised and said would let maintenance know

Very clean room, good range of breakfast options and such a stylish hotel! The staff were very welcoming and smiley! Within walking distance to the center.

Big group was on house so other hotel guests got relocated to a banquet room nearby… Poor dinner menu overpriced. Cafe Gourmand was not eatable and still cold from the chiller after 1/2hr wait… going to bat to pay the check… really? Second visit was worst than last year. Will not return.

Staff were very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and the dining room. Excellent breakfast buffet with quality produce. Good value for money and there is a nice lounge room for relaxing in.

The staff made our stay, especially Antoine who helped us get restaurant reservations and recommended the light show at the cathedral. The hotel isnt in the historic district, but it was a short 10 to 15 minute walk. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had a cheese board at the bar later in the day which was excellent.

The staff here were very friendly and patient with my slow French even though their English was so much better.

We stayed in the Ibis hotel. Good position for the centre, we have stayed here several times, the underground parking is good. Hotel staff helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom pods are great.

Excellent hotel, but the car park was only suitable for small cars - we struggled as our car ( VW Tiguan ) was almost too big & struggled with the roof box!

Helpful staff

Great and affordable location for being able to explore the city. Good and simple breakfast. Hotel is on the main road so some rooms face the main road and are a little noisy. Be sure to request a back room if possible.
