This was a great property. We enjoyed the staff, who was very knowledgeable about the area and worked with us to get transportation and food recommendations. Location was great for bumping around the city. I would highly recommend the property for anyone needing a great place for pre cruise convenience. Thank you for the stay.

Great location in the Gothic quarter great staff a hotel that has some character and history. The rooftop terrace will be great when opened in the summer and the small bar is excellent. Did not try the breakfast which is located in the basement. Only niggle was the slow main lift from reception. Get a room overlooking the square but if you leave your window open you will get noise at night.

We only stayed 1 night before our cruise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke English. The location was great, I wish we had more time to explore. The room was adequate for our needs, practical and functional. If we stayed longer or spent more time in the room, I may have moved up a room level. This hotel is on my rebook list if I ever find myself in Barcelona again, which I hope to do.

Staff were great and accommodating. Rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds. Really nice breakfast buffet. Great location for walking to lots of sights and close to subway.

Our room was both spacious and comfortable. The bed was awesome. Even though our room was Street level, we heard nothing!! It was extremely quiet at night. The Staff was both friendly and accommodating.

Excellent stay! Great location and staff!

The rooms are very small and expensive for what you get. Also be aware that there are bands that play in the square out front of the hotel on The weekends until 2:00 AM. It is extremely loud and no way to sleep.

Superior location. Beautiful rooms, so comfortable with park view. Room was immaculate, shower fantastic. Staff beyond helpful. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. I give them overall a 5+ rating. And, your in the middle of Gothic history in beautiful Barcelona.
