Hotel amazing. Clean. The employees were so wonderful and helped our items and selves stay safe. They gave us tips for Barcelona and helped us schedule rides. Everything was wonderful for our girls trip!

Terrific stay

Overall it was great. I definitely would go back there. Though there were 3 small things I didn't like about. First of all, there were only shampoo and body gel..no conditioner. I don't think I ever have stayed in a 4star hotel doesn't have conditioner. I could be wrong. Second of all, there is a mini fridge but it's full with beverages that the hotel sells .no room for my own drinks or snacks.. The last thing is the hair dryer. To use it, you have to keep pushing the button until you finish drying your hair. My fingers and hands got tired /sore while and after.. I hate this kinda hair dryer. But everything else was great. Good location, clean, quiet enoght at night, kind staff.. definitely would go back!

The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. Location was excellent. Customer service was outstanding! In particular we want to thank Martin, who went to great lengths to get us to our taxi when the street in front of the hotel was closed down temporarily for some sort of city work. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

Property is newly updated. However rooms ac did not keep the room very cool. Couldn’t lower the ac anymore and was still warm. Other than that the property was nice.

This is a very nice hotel, blocks off the Port, marina, and next to the Gothic area. There are bars and restaurants nearby, and the Hop on/Off bus stop is nearby. We only had 2 days, and that was a great way to see the city. The breakfast was very good, and the dining room for breakfast is beautiful. There are no other facilities, ie pool, outdoor space, or gym. There are street noises, but not bad. The nearby restaurant 'My Way' was excellent. The staff were very friendly

Although the hotel is still in the middle of the remodel it was fantastic and incredibly clean. The beds, linens, and bathrooms were amazing! The television was able to comcast and the WiFi was also so fast. And it’s an easy walk to all of the city sites. Also, the staff was very helpful and they were there all night to be of assistance. I can’t wait to go back and see it completed. It’s a must stay hotel if you’re in the area!

It is near to amenities and restaurants

It was mostly a good stay. Good location and clean fresh hotel. Reception need better knowledge - sent us to a rooftop pool in a hotel saying it didn’t matter that we weren’t a guest and when we arrived it did! Asked for roof top bar recommendations and none were to hand. Was offered to look into but no one came back. Should have this basic info readily available . - no milk for coffee in room, when I asked was told the hotel had no milk. I suggested some from the buffet but night receptionist told me that wasn’t allowed. Also coffee / mini bar not replenished and cups not washed up. This should be the case for a 4 star. I am picky - I work for a hotel company in London so am critical but the above are easy fixes to change a good to a great.

Very nice and clean. Staff was fantastic. Very convenient location.

There was no hair conditioner in the shower nor any tissue boxes in the room. The property was under construction so there were lots of dust. However the staff were very friendly and nice!

Beautiful hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice location and recently renovated in 2025. Friendly staff. Quiet AC. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Walking distance to la rambla. Only con is no ventilation fan in the bathroom.

Very nice, clean hotel. In a good area! Service was 5/5 - we will definitely be staying next time we visit (hopefully the pool they’re building is open by then).

Great hotel and room! Nice location in Gothic Quarter close to so many things! We had a nice balcony, too! Staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby is very sleek. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely loved the customer service and the property. Being from the United States we felt very safe and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and cannot thank the staff enough. The hotel was clean, comfortable, centrally located, and easy to get to. Close to the ocean but easy to get anywhere else. Cannot wait to stay again and see the new amenities that will be added!

We stayd at the hotel for 5 nights and it was very nice. Service also very pleasant. Like every time you come back to the hotel you are greeted nicely. Room was very clean and nice. No bad words about our stay. Breakfast was really nice too.
