Great place to stay

As always nice and comfy, great gym and great atmosphere

Helpful front desk staff Polite restaurant staff Very comfy bed and pillows In a busy location but quiet room Breakfast simple and fresh at 8am. Requested poached eggs and this was quickly served. Good value for money

Overall great experience checking in and staff lovely helpful. Good spa facilities. However we stayed in room 405 and there was a horrible draft coming through the window. We noticed it at around 10.30pm after we came up from the pool and it made the room cold all night. We tried putting towels around the window to keep the draft out but the room did feel cold all night. Other than that it has the potential to be a really good stay.

Reception staff brilliant and spotless room 👏👏👏

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was great but the bathrooms are shabby and the bolier breaking down so no hot water for a shower was disastrous.

The room was basic, the lift was out of order- so bringing suitcases down was difficult. The ceiling of the bedroom was discoloured. A lot of money for basic accommodation.

Staff nice but room very tired shower dropped all night, no yes or coffee sachets left out had to ask paid 10.00 for Birthday Decorations. 3 balloons which deflated by 8 pm and 1 congratulations banner.Very sad

Clean, spacious room and a bar with some nice food choices. Friendly staff and a good check in service.

Booked a double room with a king size bed but not a disabled room!! The noise from the early morning exercise class was not how I wanted to wake up.

There were no doors on our wardrobe, the bathroom door had no latch or lock, maintanence had to be called for the tv to work. We had to wait nearly an hour for our evening meal and the breakfast wasn’t great and stock was low. The room was clean though.

The Receptionist was super helpful and guided us through check in and booking our evening meal.

Receptionist welcomed me really politely and friendly, helping me to book in. The room was adequate and was clean. The pub within the hotel was lovely and the bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However the food was extremely expensive for what it was.
