Room and service were very good. Food choices a bit limited and some of the facilities a bit dated.

Every thing was good: the receptionists, the waiters, housekeepers and the breakfast was good. In summary it was an enjoyable stay and all the people working in the hotel were so friendly and kind

Notre chambre était impeccable, avec un très grand lit, de la place pour poser nos bagages, une grande salle de bains, un petit déjeuner inclus avec beaucoup de choix et un personnel très accueillant et sympathique. De plus, l’environnement est très agréable. Nous reviendrons!

It was fine experience

The room was very clean, and the check-in staff were very good. Unfortunately, I tried for over 2 hours to order some food through the room service and restaurant, and no one picked up. Also, I was told the taxi would be 40 and he charged me 55 when I had seen that they had a shuttle on the website.

We stayed in a room overlooking the lake. Our Deluxe room had two balconies with lake views in two directions. The room had a large double bed with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was large, with lots of vanity items provided. Breakfast buffet provided a great variety. The staff were attentive and Mehdi in particular looked after the needs of customers with great charm and efficiency. The food was varied and fresh with a mix of local and international foods. The hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood, between the bustle of the city centre and the more touristy sites of Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. We went out each night for an evening meal, with many options available within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

I really liked the hospitality of the staff, from receptionists to restaurant staff. They are all kind and willing to make your holiday wonderful. I would come back if I have a chance.

Excellent service and location

Beautiful hotel, clean, fantastic view on the lac. Great breakfast with fresh squid’s orange juice and load of different foods to taste. I recommend.

Quietness

Hotel qui a connu de beaux jours. Beau hall d'accueil, belle vue sur le lac. Chambre vieillotte, literie assez molle, moquette partout, salle, réfrigérateur bruyant, salle de bain ok mais problème de chasse d'eau et évacuation douche. Pas de pression d'eau. Pdj décevant.

Very clean and excellent service. The only disappointment was, the pool was closed. They said the heater wasn't working. I specifically booked the hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport and the fact that they had an indoor pool so I could swim. The spa was excellent and I had an amazing massage from Yasmine. I would stay again but hopefully they get the pool heater fixed.
