Hopefully just bad timing... check in staff were not the friendliest, pool was closed for cleaning, exercise bike is broken. Knocked on our door at 8 am as water leak in room next to us - then ran shop vac outside our door. Looks like it should normally be a good spot.

Hotel is nice and clean but when I got to my room there was a brown “skid mark” on the couch and the heater sounded like a garbage truck every time it came on so getting a good nights sleep was impossible I also found it strange that the bed only had a top sheet and blanket…no comfort or so it got cold unless you turned the room heat up Needless to say I did not sleep well

Great location, quiet despite being on a main street, nice courtyard to enjoy during the stay. Good value for the price.

Very clean room and great bed. Pleasant stay and friendly staff. Heather was very helpful - took time to help us locate the temperature control panel.

When I checked out, there was a hockey tournament and the kids were using the only elevator. The door to my car was out of use due to icicles. The elevator took 15 mins to wait for with all my luggage. I then after going to my car had to wait again for the elevator to get another key as they had locked me out of my room. After getting another key it didn’t work. I then had to wait again for the only elevator to tell Then the key didn’t work. The whole checkout process was a gong show and I was late checking in for my flight. I was planning on booking them again for next month when I am there but only if they acknowledge this and offer compensation

Tons of things to do, and places to visit nearby! Many stores are within walking location, if not less than 10 minutes away from the property. The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling as well.

Perfect little getaway spot! Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Staff were amazing, friendly and accommodating!

The beds were soo comfy I would the rooms are spacious and clean, but the closets were small but it’s ok. I had to ask for a toothbrush and they gave me 3. I would check in this hotel again for sure

Nice gym. Quiet, clean and Good equipment to choose from. Cable stack, kettlebells, medicine balls, floor space and of course cardio equipment.

Everybody was super helpful and room was clean and comfortable… Great large screen TV… Gave us a microwave when we needed one also! The location was perfect between two great restaurants it was beautiful to watch the falling snow coming down on the interior courtyard
