Staff does not provide any customer service. The showers are old, and water gets trapped in them. Very bad experience. Will not stay at the hotel again.

Very clean place. I would stay here in the future.

The was no water on the faucet around 6am, then later around 15 minutes after the water was coming out really ugly (yellowish) and air was coming out too. I believe it was water pipes system “cleaning time”!!!

Room was exceptionally clean and bed very comfy, AC worked excellent and staff was very friendly, only thing that didn't work was the small refrigerator inside the room, other than that everything was perfect

We couldn’t fall asleep until the nightclubs next to hotel closes, music was so loud, I know is not hotel’s fault but because of that, I will not stay at the Hampton any more.

The hotel was ok but I was over charged when I got to the property. My balance on hotels.com showed total of $341 and when I looked at my bank statement they charged me $400 and when I went to talk to front desk they were rude and dry about the situation and claimed it was a foreign exchange charge which i understand a difference of 10 or maybe 15 dlls but not 60! I would suggest paying on the hotel.com app or staying somewhere else

First room provided was not ready to use. Another room was provided. No shuttle from airport, only from hotel to airport. Shower faucet was akward to turn on because hand had to go through a hole in glass wall. Shower head meeds to be cleaned. No table to use for eating in room. Basic breakfast. Other than that everything was good, but pricey for Mexico,
