Super clean and quiet hotel with fresh linen everyday. Bottled water tea and coffee in the room . Very good location for our trip . We will stay again

We booked a Queen room with city view and ensuite On arrival, we checked in and was told, we had been upgraded We asked for a reservation for dinner, to be informed their restrauant was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! This was not stated on booking Room had a double bed, not Queen Had sky light and industrial view if opened the window, no window with city view Were informed a large party were arriving on Saturday night and wanted rooms next to each other Lack of hot food left for breakfast, we went dor breakfast at 08:45 Shower and wc open plan to bedroom !

Decent hotel friendly staff Nice food

Very helpful staff, breakfast was good but expensive, rooms cold as heating turned off and very noisy. Seemingly there is little insulation in the walls and the doors shake whenever anyone on the corridor enters/leaves meaning very little sleep.

We were visiting Oignies and chose this hotel primarily for its location, but overall were pleased with the accomodation. The meal in the restaurant on Thursday night was excellent, but they don't do evenining meals Friday-Sunday which was a bit of a problem as there are few local restaurants, although the staff were very helpful giving suggestions they could only come up with three! Breakfast was good but a bit expensive at 12 Euros - there is an excellent bakery next door though if you want to do-it-yourself.

Conveniently located off the autoroute. I will say this: I emailed via their own website asking for a reservation at their restaurant. (months in advance) When I showed up at 21h, they tell me that the restaurant is closed 5 days a week, including the weekends. This was a little perplexing and very irritating as eating past 9 in France is...not easy.

Staff friendly, average quality price

Good stop over. Good overall service. Restaurant was good and service was quick. No elevator, travel light. Don’t get caught with morning and evening traffic by the hotel.

Arrived after long day driving, extremely hot day tired and hungry. Booked because they had restuarant on site. Upon arrival told no air conditioning, no fan in room,room on thitd floor, no lift. Restuarant closed as all staff on holidays in August. I was not happy but the guy on the counter was happy to cancel my reservation or give me a discount. I didnt want to drive any further so stayed, he reduced the cost of our room and included a very nice breakfast. Gave us a rear room so the windows could be open and was quiet. Very happy in the end as slept well and owner couldn't apologize more.

Great friendly hotel and staff, just a shame there is not a lot going on around and no facilities. With that nice surroundings maybe some relaxing seats you could get to. McDonald's across the road and supermarket very near, but if you wish to sample local delights a 25 minute walk.

This hotel turned out to be ideally located for motorways and local roads for numerous memorial sites.The rooms were very suitable for one/ two night stopover and the bar/ restaurant acted as a great rendezvous

The hotel offered a very high quality stopover for the class of hotel and is one I would certainly use again

Les chambres sont a dépoussiérées et bien nettoyés Il manque de l'entretien, toiles d'araignée, peintures Et il n'y a pas de clim donc ne surtout pas venir en période de canicule La chambre 9 n'est pas l'idéal car si vous dormez la fenêtre entrouverte, vous aurez droit a toutes les remontées d'odeur de cigarettes des clients qui vont fumer dehors. Et toutes les chambres côté route sont exposées a la circulation d'un énorme rond point, donc pareil si vous avez chaud et que vous dormez avec l'entrebâillement, vous ne dormirai pas au calme Le petit dej a l'air bien, je ne l'ai pas essayé mais juste vu et le personnel est très gentil Bref... Ça ne vaut pas le prix

Séjour agréable dans un très bel hôtel. Personnel serviable et mise à disposition d'un ventilateur et de bouteilles d'eau fraiches pour les fortes chaleurs

Canicule Clim dans la chambre mais pas fonctionnel, coupure de courant intempestive. Et vol avec effraction sur le parking dans mon camion. Pas le moindre intérêt soutien de l hôtel qui n a meme pas rappelé.

C’est une honte, on a pas été prévenu comme quoi il y avait des problèmes dans l’hôtel depuis une semaine sur la télé, c’est une simple affiche posée sur le comptoir et même la personne de l’accueil ne m’a rien dit, c’est quand j’ai pris ma chambre que j’ai allumé la télé et que je suis retourné le voir qui m’a dit que ça fonctionnait pas. j’aurais pris un autre hôtel si j’avais su
