Great mix of buffet and cooked breakfast, quiet and relaxing hotel

The staff is unbelievable! So helpful, accommodating, and sweet!!

The Hoxton never disappoints. 3rd stay at a Hoxton after Rome and Edinburgh. They are all on par. The staff are lovely. The rooms are gorgeous and just the whole vibe of the place is good. Slightly out from the centre about a 15 minute walk to the Duomo but nice as quiet. Coffee shop in the hotel served nice coffee and there was a small pizzeria over the road ran by the loveliest old man. Drinks in the restaurant were also delicious.

Beautiful hotel, the courtyard especially with the large fountain was so relaxing. We had a roomy room and it was very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we have to point out Francesco who was so lovely and welcoming, we looked forward to seeing him each morning. We ate in Alessio for dinner which was fabulous and had a good atmosphere. It was busy so you’ll need to book. The whole hotel was just lovely and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved it and didn’t want to leave.

The staff was great ,Virginia was outstanding.

Clean and spacious room. Restaurant had good options and caffe was open early to grab a coffe and pastry before our day.

Nice and renovated hotel in a quiet are of Florence

Although described as 'cosy', our room was more than ample for our stay. The addition of a small fridge is excellent, as was the response for additional tea and coffee! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Charming hotel with great customer services. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was good for breakfast and dinner nice cafe area too. Outdoor area nice as well but it was too cold at the time to enjoy it. Hotel was clean. All I can suggest is more pillows. Thank you!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel! Not one complaint! Love my daily cappaciano in the cozy breakfast area. Would definitely stay again . A bit of a walk to downtown but near commuter station.

Very supportive staff Excellent care

The room was clean and staff were very nice. My main complaints are that the shower never got hot. It wasn't cold but it definitely wasn't hot. Even when all the way up. The bed was also a bit average or below

Check in was super quick and easy, staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel in general is modern and stylish with good character. Our room was nice, we paid more to have a bigger room but actually it was too big, almost echoing. Walls were plain, needed some more furniture to fill the space. Our room was nice and warm when we turned the heating on. However our bathroom was always very cold. Overall, was a very pleasant stay.

Great location

The Staff at the Hoxton were very nice, enjoyed chatting with them, and they answered all questions. They helped arrange a very early taxi pickup - 4 am. The outdoor patio area was one of my favorites. I enjoyed the outdoors while sipping a prosecco or reading on the very comfy furniture. The attached restaurant was very good - a little pricey.

The most adorable hotel! The location is not the most ideal, but it was worth it! The cafe in the morning was delicious. The room was the most spacious and comfortable hotel that we stayed at on our Europe trip.
