The checkin Receptionist was so helpful and kind, but the nighttime lady was a bit rude, when i asked about information regarding parking with Wilson. She even raise the voice just for explaining to me, which is it’s not necessary to do that. And my another experience was on the weekend, the next door was banging our wall and screaming from their room, was so loud and calling the receptionist twice for reporting that, maybe about 1.5 hour later it’s completely gone. I don’t know how they handle it but i really appreciate them. Just this few experiences that i got for staying a week with the hotel. But Overall, everything was good, the location is perfect in the city centre, the room was big, clean and tidy.

The location of Oaks Perth hotel is in downtown Perth, in front of the hotel there is a shopping center, such as branded bag boutiques such as Gucci & LV and several other brands. For easy transportation because it is close to the train and bus stations.

The room is quite large and there is a service area.

Right in the middle of the City, the staff are very helpful.

Despite our several notes and reminders during booking one month before and walked in to the front desk early in the morning in the check-in date to have our two rooms to be next to each other or on the same floor but the in the end we are scattered on the different floor 🤦🏻‍ ♀.

The studio is clean, the equipment is working well. Complete eating and cooking equipment is available and working well. The hotel responds promptly to any complaints that arise.

Great location, nice room with bathtub, all staff are friendly except Ms. Grace. I went and asked to extend one night, but I haven't mentioned which date. She directly said it is a full house. I like, thanks to Ms. Tharsini (not sure if the name is correct), she is friendly and helpful.

Location is right in front of Raine Square, a CAT bus stop and to many shopping venues in Perth CBD. Getting a taxi or Didi is a breeze. Halal food is nearby too with plenty of choice. The concierge is super friendly, the room was clean, even without daily housekeeping, the staff are always easily available and attentive. This is my second visit and will definitely return again. Thank you.

I have a very nice experience from prior to arrival until checked out from Oaks Hotel Perth. The receptionist was friendly and supportive. The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. The location was very strategic, walking distance to public transport stations. We will be coming back for sure.

A family room for 4 people should indeed have 2 proper rooms using a good hotel quality bed, not using a sofa bed, the quality of the sofa bed is also thin and noisy, maybe this is input. If the location is very premium 👍🏻.

Great location. Clean facilities.

We rented 1 studio room. Quite spacious with a separate living room. The hotel is strategic because it is close to shopping places. Enough walking alone. Not suitable if you bring a car because the parking is difficult to get and the parking rules are annoying. But there are plenty of buses in the city around.
