Me and my family stayed here while visiting the safari park (literally two minutes away in the car) the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable the air conditioning was brilliant especially with the hot weather we've been getting. The staff are amazing they helped get one of our family members who has disabilities upstairs. The breakfast is quite decent hot and cold food to start your day off nicely. Overall a very nice place excellent staff great location for getting out and about.

Spent 2 nights here. It has a large free car park just a short walk from reception. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom looked as if it needed a good clean but had comfortable beds. Breakfast was adequate but was quite limited in it's range. There are no lifts in the building and no food in the evening.

For what we paid for the night it was great value for money! We also had breakfast included - basic options but we quite liked that. Room was a great size with everything needed and overall was very clean. Only recommendation would be to give window frames a good wipe down. The hotel was quiet and had a spacious car park. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. With West mids safari a short drive away, it was the perfect vase for us. I would stay here again if visiting the area.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Only 2 pillows on bed. Bedroom window needed cleaning. Room looked like it needed TLC. Could hear guests moving round and snoring in neighbouring rooms. Bathroom ok. Breakfast ok. Other guests asked how they wanted eggs cooked but not me. Self service Breakfast.

The service was really good. All members of staff went above and beyond, friendly and happy to help. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean and the bed is huge! Brilliant value for money and close to the safari park. Top marks. Thank you
