Excellent apartment like accommodation good for 4

Elsa and other staff do a good job on my case. They are nice and have sufficient patience to explain everything. Moreover Elsa could sit in customer’s chair, thinks the way that us concern mostly, and figure out the solutions together with the customer. Will recommend all Chinese to stay at this hotel for lake view at a cheaper budget. The location is close to the train station for morning movers. 在依云住店如果不租车需要一定体力和毅力爬山😄

Shoddy and dated furniture and unclean but otherwise okay, like most of the Google reviews say. Parking was possible but not easy.

Appartement pratique en haut de la montagne. Funiculaire gratuit a 25 minutes de marche, mais difficile a trouver. Pratique pour aller visiter evians-les-bains.

No room service till we check out Old building and furniture carpet is very bad

Beautiful hotel. The room was large and had a private patio. We felt so safe up in the hill and only a short drive down to the town center. Would highly recommend!

The receptionist her is Erva was amazing, she was super nice and helpful and very professional.

Extremely good for the price. Would stay here again if in the area.

It was close to the Amundi golf tournament.

A wonderful place to stay for the Amundi Evian Women's golf tournament. 400m from the entrance to the course, swimming pool, early breakfast and a wonderful lake view from my room. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Bad attitude

The accommodation was a bit dated and would benefit from a facelift. However, it was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The room had a kitchenette which had enough equipment for guests to be able to prepare basic meals and keep food in a fridge. This came in handy, as the time of year we visited meant that not many places were open in the evening, so we bought food from nearby supermarkets and were able to cater for ourselves when we wanted. Due to Covid precautions, the room was not serviced every day, which is normal for most hotels these days I think. We do tend to keep things tidy so it wasn’t a problem for us, and if you did need anything, the reception staff were on hand. The reception desk isn’t open 24 hours a day, but unless there was a major emergency, I wouldn’t think this would be a problem. The location is a little out of the town centre and although it is walking distance (about 20 minutes) the return journey is up steep hills, so bear that in mind. We booked knowing this, so not a problem for us, and we had a car in any case. All in all, we were very happy with the hotel and enjoyed our stay. It was good value for money and served our purposes well. There are other places closer to the town if you don’t want the steep walk, but we would consider this hotel again, if we return to Evian in the future

The apartment was amazing, very quiet and really homey. Nice area with friendly people. We had a brilliant holiday l.

Business trip , very short stay

The staff is very kind and communicates well.However, the facilities are very old.The location is very good.

I would not stay or again or reccommend . The apartments are out of date and need a complete refurbishment. The pool was not very clean and the seating outdated plastic loungers with no seat pads . Disappointed for the price.

The hotel is badly in need of some updating as the carpet, fixtures, etc are exceedingly outdated and worn. There is no AC and it was unusually hot for the lake Geneva area when we stayed there. I would suggest that they put standing fans in the rooms to help with this as the cost for AC installation would be too high to justify the need/cost. The other thing is that in order to utilize the sofa bed it requires a great deal of furniture moving as the space is not large enough to fit the sofa bed and the table and chairs. The staff was very nice and helpful.
