Hotel is good value, room was spacious but quite tired, with some fixtures basically falling to bits. The main issue was the noise from the two nearby bar/ nightclubs. Really loud until at least 2, 3 in the morning. Just extremely odd having clubs nearby what is clearly not a holiday resort Hotel. The breakfast was also quite an experience, well presented and lot's of choice, most of which was barely edible. For another taste, it might of been okay, but i struggled to find a single thing that i could deal with. It's a great Hotel, but needs a major refurbishment and the attached bars should stop serving at midnight or at least keep the music to less than deafening. Alas, I won't be returning, the lack of sleep was not acceptable.

Personel cok canayakin ve yardimsever. Ama otel sanki terkedilmis gibi bomboş ve facility lerin cogu kapali. Tek gece konaklama icin iyi f/p

1 gece iş gezisi için konakladık. Odalar tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Selçuk Üniversitesi'ne çok yakındı. Konum olarak iyi ve güvenli bir yerde. Çalışanlar oldukça ilgiliydi. Özellikle Büşra Hanım'a ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz.

It was a great experience. I had a comfortable stay during my trip to Konya. I was very satisfied with the friendly staff and service. I would especially like to thank Ms. Büşra for her attention and care.

We stayed on the 17th floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a bird's-eye view of the whole city of Konya. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. They even offered free breakfast, although it wasn't included in the room fee. The location, cleanliness, and hospitality were all excellent.

Konaklamamızdaki hizmetler ve oda temizliği gayet üst seviyedeydi. Konya ziyaretlerimizde kesinlikle Grand otel tercihimiz olacaktır.

This was one tired looking hotel. From outside you see grand hotel and think this must be a nice place. The lobby looks good too. But when you walk around you can see how much maintenance is needed the tiles if the shower by the pool was fallen off. There was garbage on the bottom of the pool. The sealing paint was falling off in the restaurant area. I think a tired hotel is the best description I can give. It looks like they make their money from groups traveling from tours or school outing and conventions. The dinner at the buffet was very bad. Breakfast was good.
