Seems old and not maintenance, we had to change rooms, ac wasnt super cold, lacking paint or repairs in some places etc

I liked the breakfast with a variety of food.

Strange set up - rooms are dark and the hotel has a strong smell of cigarettes. The resultante puts all red wines in a very cold refrigerator - I mean expensive wine.

Easy location to go around the best restaurants and shopping centers. Didn't like towels and showers look old and cheap

This is a Ok hotel. Probably is due for some renovation.

Property is fine, just comment on cleaning. We left at 10:00 and asked fir our car (info was avalable), came back at 15:00. Room was not yet cleaned. While we were resting cleaning lady knocked on door. Mmmmm

Staff was very freindly and helped ne extensively when I had problem with my reservation and they fixed it without any problems. I am very apreciative of everybody who helped me.

Perfect for business or pleasure trip to Goiânia. Close to good restaurant options, shopping, etc. Friendly staff and comfortable accommodation.

Stayed in a deluxe room but which was fine but basic, good size bed and clean.

It was ok We had a little issue with cleaness but the hotel was very helpful and changed our room right away

Great localization and service. Breakfast is delicious! There are so many options. There's even tapioca and pamonha - traditional Brazilian treats. I would stay there again for sure.

elevator buttons would not work on all floors-need to have elevators working properly--would not stop at 9 or 11
