Clean, generally quiet, friendly staff

Great location. Opposite pick up point for tours. Really helpful with packed breakfast for my 0510 pick up!

We had an excellent 6 night stay, all the ladies at front desk were superb. Location was great, very central, walkable, felt safe. If I had to pick at something, our bed was a little too soft. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing hotel. In an excellent location, superb for the main square and other within walking distance of local attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful and organised a car for us to the airport when we left Nothing was too much trouble Our room was lovely. Very quiet with a comfy bed and good bathroom with lovely products. The breakfast was great and there was always plenty of choice. Would highly recommend saying here

The location is great - easily walkable to the market square or to Kazimierz. Staff are exceptionally helpful and cheerful - brilliant. Breakfast was a spread of many choices - really tasty ham and meats, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh bread rolls, some hot dishes - scrambled egg and sausages. Loads of choice. Good tea bags 😀. Room was too warm for us but we opened the window. Lift was quick to arrive. The staff could not have put more effort into making our stay great. Very welcoming. The hotel is older style but very comfortable.

The Wielopole hotel is very well located, near the Old Town with good access to public transportation. The staff are warm and welcoming and attend to details promptly. They called taxis for us which were much less expensive than those at the taxi stand. Our pick up point for our Auschwitz tour was across the street. When staff learned that we had an early pick up for our tour they offered to provide a takeaway breakfast without us even asking. All in all we felt well care for at this European style hotel. The rooms were smaller than would be found in North America but that is the European standard.

First and foremost, each and every member of the staff was wonderful. They helped me secure a ride from the airport and tour tickets to Auschwitz - all this before I arrived. Once there - they were pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. Let's just say one of the best anywhere. The room was nice - not too big - not too small. It was quiet. The best part is the location. It was walking distance to just about anything and everything you'd want to see. I will stay there again.

The Hotel Wielopole had a great staff who arranged an airport pickup and gave us recommendations for restaurants and shops. Casia was especially helpful. The hotel has a perfect location close to the Old Town and public transport. When we were too tired to go into town one night we were delighted to find the Italian restaurant on the premises was very good. If we get the opportunity to return to Krakow we would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed, but could see two beds were put to make king. Blackout curtains, comfy pillows and bed, great location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, breakfast had hot food but I didn't see where. Lol. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend to friends.

If you want to be in the center of Stare Misto ( Old City ) this is the hotel. Small, but the staff is excellent and you are a few meters from walking all of Poland’s Cultural Capital. You will not waste time waiting for taxi or stuck in traffic / you are free to explore every shop, cafe and old boulevard and avenue of Krakow. Time will not wait and a night a Wielopole will let you let you explore all of the Old Town as if it were your own.
