Very nive room

This was my second stay. The hotel is located minutes away from Placa Espana and the bus station so traveling about the island is super easy. Staff was wonderful and my room was super clean. I will stay again if I find myself in Palma..............I hope I will someday

Overall, the place is nice. Room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy in the morning. Each day I was awakened earlier than I'd have liked because of the noise. Various power tools being used (a jackhammer one day, a powerwasher the next), loud guests in the courtyard, etc. If you're one of these people who wakes up at 6AM everyday it might not bother you, but if like me, you like to sleep in a bit on vacation... its something to consider. This despite sleeping with ear plugs in. Other than that, its okay.

If you have a rental car … stay in a different location Difficult to get there in rental car due to location and frequent blocked one lane streets Parking lot very narrow, steep and difficult to get in/out even with small car

Large room with comfortable bedding. Only thing lacking was having take stairs to your room. Breakfast was well presented and self serve. Enjoyed the coffee and croissants each morning along the Spanish ham very tasty

Lovely clean and spacious rooms, with a great breakfast in the morning. Fab location close to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Good location nice building, bed extremely hard!! Like sleeping on a stone!

We had a relaxing stay. The hotel was well located for everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

Hotel perfectly located for old town walks and and well connected with airport public bus a1. Literally 5 mins walk from the bus stop. The staff went over and beyond to make our short stay memorable. Receptionist was lovely and spoke immaculate English. Very friendly and accommodating to our 2 year old. Breakfast ample. Bar reasonably priced with very good cocktails. We stayed in a junior suite which was designed with style, simplicity and functionality in mind. I would not hesitate to stay there again though in high season I anticipate it might be outside of my price range.

Nice hotel perfect for exploring the old town. Some noise issues especially with rooms overlooking the court yard. Breakfast was basic but adequate

Great central location. Only a one night stay, so it did the job. Nice room but maybe could do with a little TLC with touch ups. Very comfortable bed and nice spaces with the hotel. Good breakfast to start the day.

I really like the location, right in the heart of the city. I thought the room was lovely and the staff were superb. BuT, i have a gripe: i informed the hotel as soon as i booked that my wife and I are both vegan, and would be very pleased if they could take that into account, during our stay. I even made some suggestions such as mushrooms, tofu, vegan sausages, vegan cheese, berejenas etc... Every breakfast, for 4-days running, we were offered avocado on toast. After the 2nd day, we asked, please can we have mushrooms on toast the next morning, just for a change. The waitress said she'd tell the kitchen. But the next morning, yup: avocado-on-toast. I know that vegans are unpopular, but just look at how we get treated!

A wonderful small boutique hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful any time of day or night (as we arrived from the airport really late). The atmosphere is wonderful - so relaxing and a haven of little courtyards. They were always willing to help us out from taxi bookings to recommending places to see. We really enjoyed the ability to book the roof top pool, it made it a relaxing experience and not rushing to try and secure a space. Breakfast was delicious, our only comment is there could be a little more choice of hot food as it was running low as the morning went on but the whole spread was delicious. We have recommended to friends and will be back for sure!

It's located at city centre, shopping, restaurants easily accessible. Yet very quite at night.

lovely hotel in the centre of Palma with Boutique vibe and friendly staff , I had a double room for solo use that was nicely appointed and very clean with excellent bathroom , only comment is there was no view and below the window was a generator of some sort that fired up and ran every 20 mins or so it went all night by night 3 I had kind of stopped noticing it but not the quietest room I've ever stayed in , but the location in Palma definitely made up for that.

Very short walk to Placa Espania and transportation, shopping and dining. Super walkable to most Palma sites. Clean, safe and helpful staff

Great base to explore the city- next to lovely some great authentic shops. Pool on the roof was great to save us from the August heat. Very quiet and elegant.

Great location, clean hotel and all round ok. However, staff not the most accommodating and the bar was closed for most of the stay. Only open one evening. Pool usage is for one hour a day and must be pre booked.

This hotel was a little sanctuary nestled away from the crowds and the noise. Convenient location. The room was great. Just what we needed for a two night stay in Palma.
