Lovely hotel in a scenic location

The hotel was lovely and very clean Bedroom was really nice and the bed was very comfortable The staff were all very friendly and helpful Breakfast is really good and plenty of variety and cooked to order we really enjoyed our stay there and will return again

We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival, who highlighted that there were parking meters operating on the street. The hotel has a car park at the rear, which is a bit cramped but has charging points for electric vehicles. We were booked for bed and breakfast and also had our evening meals in the hotel. Food was excellent with plenty of choice at both meal times. Cooked breakfast, which was served in the roof top restaurant, set you up for the day or you could choose a continental breakfast. Staff serving food were friendly and attentive. Room had a large double and a single bed, with crisp clean linen and comfortable pillows. Room was spacious and very clean. Large bathroom with a walk in shower and good water pressure. Tea/coffee making facilites together with a small fridge, iron, ironing board and hairdryer were also available. For those who fancied room service the menu was similar to the restaurant. Hotel had a small bar but no entertainment.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff are its biggest asset, friendly ,polite, attentive and hard working. The breakfast was excellent and the food in the bar so good we ate there every night. Would definitely recommend as a place to go

We were upset the rooftop restaurant was closed during the evenings of our stay. No prior notice the hotel was being refurbished. During our stay they were using a kango hammer from 8am to after 6pm. It was an awful racket and completely wrecked the peace and tranquility of our stay. ☹️☹️👎

A beautiful property with an amazing staff. The location in the Harbor is perfect, breakfast was great and the rooms were very nice.

Lovely indoor swimming pool and beautiful area to visit.

This is the first time we stayed. Usually it’s in town, but the offer was so good we took it on. I am very happy to have stayed. The breakfast staff are amazing and caring….such an import at part of the Irish experience. It is well run and food is very good. Thanks to all of you! The rooms were clean and detailed. Thanks for the wonderful four night experience. God bless you all!

Hotel is great, beds were uncomfortable, Aircon turned it self off every 2 hours. Spa was being cleaned which could have been done beforw opening.

Very good but the restaurant was not as good as last time even the breakfast was not as fresh.

Hotel set in stunning location, very good restaurant, all staff at this hotel are welcoming and courteous, was pleased to be upgraded on arrival to a better room which was very comfortable with great view

Nice view , quite and ciean

Lovely stay at this hotel - great location and easy to walk into the town (about 20mins walk). lovely walk through the grounds of Westport house. Room was great, comfy bed, shower was a bit weak, but lovely cupcakes, choices and wine on arrival. Breakfast was great and very quick service. Some of the staff seemed a little fraught particularly on one morning. We ate once in the evening in the bar, good food, quick service, not overly friendly - very much get them in, get them out. Car park is small and quite tight. Slight disappointment at the end of our stay - we had an early flight so checked the night before if we could get a croissant and cup of something to go before breakfast officially opened. Reception said just pop up and someone should be there will be able to give you something. We did so in the morning and doors, were locked, knocked and someone brusquely said not open yet, croissants not cooked yet and that was that. Shame in the world of hospitality.

Beautiful location, beds are very comfortable, rooms very clean and modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly. Great car park facilities. I would definitely recommend and hope to revisit.
