The rooms where spotless the staff where very friendly. We loved the swimming pool and spa. Brilliant value for money.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and great views. Room was gorgeous but shower wasn’t very warm and pressure was low. First visit to spa wasn’t great, felt rushed by spa manager when asking about treatments, one shower wouldn’t work and Rainfall shower in spa wasn’t working. Also no robe or slippers provided if you’re only using the general spa facilities! Only provided if you book a treatment, not hygienic or comfortable to walk around barefoot and with a small sized towel. Staff and treatment the next day were fantastic so they redeemed themselves, definitely worth booking a facial if there. Loved that they have a fridge and bottles of water in rooms, breakfast was gorgeous and they were super efficient. I’ll definitely return as I really enjoyed my stay but would love to see improvements to spa experience.

The food was okay I would say the ingredients were top quality for example low quality bread and cheap fruit and cheeses but the staff were all lovely

Nice, spacious clean room. Lovely pool area, sauna was good, steam room bench missing some tiles so took away a bit from it. Ground floor toilets behind the reception were smelly at not well attended to with wet floors. Excellent location with stunning views of Croagh Patrick from terrace of roof top restaurant. Breakfast was really great quality and staff so attentive to anything you wanted. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when visiting Westport

We booked a triple room, surprised how spacious it way, staff were so friendly and service was excellent, would definitely go back.
