Lovely location! Super friendly staff (especially Bert) nice breakfast, comfy rooms and fab restaurant and rooftop bar!! Definitely would recommend.

Hotel staff very helpful, if Bart is on reception he will make you smile and have a good laugh, if you don’t come out with a smile, you must be a very unhappy person.

We stayed at this hotel a few times, and as always, the experience is great. The hotel is located in a great location, close to all main attractions. Bartek at the reception is the friendliest and most helpful. He always smiles and makes you feel welcome.

Whe arrived after 1pm and the check in was very quick and smooth. Very friendly staff. The 2 guys at the reception are the nices ever.

Excellent hotel, well located under the city walls for easy access to the Old City Centre, beautiful views over the river. Skybar for meals and drinks with a view. Limited breakfast and dinner menu but all food fresh and beautifully presented. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will return

All staff were very helpful. Bart was exceptional very friendly outgoing and accommodating made the extra effort would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very good breakfast with lots of choices of foods. Close to Wawel and the dragon. Staff very kind, polite and helpful.

The Hotel could hardly be closer to Wawelm Castle ( a major tourist attraction in Krakow) but is still quiet & cosy. This also means it’s on the edge of the old town, where most of the attractions are- easy walking to everywhere. The room was basic but had all the essentials - en suite, shower, Tea & Coffee facilities (although you’ll need to get your own milk) Continental Breakfast is included and is extensive - all you could want, especially the scrambled eggs. The best feature though is the SkyBar- on the 6th floor with great views of the castle and river and a decent menu of snacks and meals. The only glitch was that signal was very patchy on the only English Language TV Station I could find - but that’s hardly essential.

Hotel pod Wawelem was a great place to stay a short work to the old town staff was friendly hotel was clean would stay again

The area and the amenities are very good

Lovely place and great location for everywhere. Will deinately be staying here again when we go back
