Had an issue with the laundry service. Hotel informed me my laundry would be delivered on a certain day, but it wasn’t delivered until the day after it was promised. That wasn’t communicated to me, so I was frantically trying to locate my clothing the morning I had to check out. Staff could have been more communicative.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with elegant rooms, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the spa was such a nice bonus after traveling. Would absolutely stay at Hotel Continental again!

Excellent base to explore Reims and Champagne district. Near train station and many eating places/cafes. Walking distance to Cathedral and museum. Staff very helpful with taxis, transport, restaurants and champagne houses. Large public underground car park available, entrance is directly in front of hotel but care needed to navigate for a larger vehicle, due to concrete pillars. Bar and restaurant a little small but good atmosphere and met our needs. Would highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Reims.

Great location. We arrived by train and it was an easy walk to the hotel. Very helpful staff, clean, well appointed rooms, and nice touches like reusable water bottle etc. Great weekend get away for us!

I booked this hotel for my (non-French speaking) parents (mid-70's). The staff was lovely, they really liked their room, and on an otherwise noisier section of Reims, they felt the room was quiet and got a good night's rest. This area of Reims is a 10 min walk to the cathedral and quite centrally located.

The rooms are nice and service is exceptional. Location is very good but be aware that this is a very different area of the Champagne region. Your in the heart of city and not in the bucolic countryside. The parking is very convenient (and about 20 Euros a day) as the parking lot entrance is right in front of the hotel. What we paid was very reasonable and the personnel/service there was 5 stars.

This hotel is in the perfect location for staying in Reims. The rooms were nice and quiet at night despite being in a busy area. Hotel staff were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend the hotel for staying in the area.

Excellent staff across the board — friendly, English-speaking, and genuinely attentive. Early check-in after a long transatlantic journey was a small miracle and much appreciated. Room was comfortable if not exceptional. Solid choice for Reims. Two nights of “final/final” at the bar with Mateo, and we would do it again without hesitation. Terrific storyteller, skilled mixologist, and generous with recommendations. He made a superb Vesper and knew the Bond backstory behind it — which always adds to the fun. He also introduced us to Chartreuse. Enough said.

The thing I really didn’t like was the separate space for thr toilet, the room was really small and you had to move from one side where the toilet is to the other side where the sink room was . Really not nice, but that’s what some hotels do to squeeze as much money as they can..
