It's a great hotel that's close to the main avenues in the city and is very accessible through public transportation. Area is pretty safe, from what we saw. Staff was very attentive, although it's kind of hard to reach them through 3rd party platforms so it's better to contact the hotel directly. Property was very clean, and they come through and service the room every day. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel has some lovely period features whilst maintaining a modern standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we had were very clean and fresh. Breakfast is buffet style and plentiful. The restaurant has a wide menu and the meal we had was freshly prepared and delicious.

Every employee there was extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely book there again on my next visit to Mexico.

The hotel is very old and in need of significant renovations. We were quite concerned about the condition of the bathroom, especially the toilet, which was broken and seemed unsafe to use. The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not as accommodating. The room phone did not work properly, and the hotel charges for local calls, which was unexpected. The location is excellent, but the property itself requires a lot of maintenance. To make matters worse, there were insects in the shower area.

The night when we are right the reception is that check our reservation she was very unprofessional it was raining we have a car and we asked for parking and she told us that they have parking but since the room was for one person we cannot park in there property I was trying to explain her that the reservation was made for two persons but she just ignore us the property is nice but they need to train their stuff better because she doesn't with customer service I read her zero I'm very disappointed..

Can’t say enough about this place. We stayed for 6 days here and it was amazing. I’m the heart of many great sites in Mexico City. About a 5 minute walk from the angel of Independence. The hotel is clean and rooms are cleaned on the daily. The staff was beyond amazing, especially the bar and dining staff. I highly recommend this place great stay for an amazing price. Will definitely visit again
