Friendly and accommodating staff. Service of this level is rarely seen these days. Room was clean and well prepped for us. Quite comfortable. Breakfast was impecible. Pools were a comfortable temperature and was great to be able to swim outside this time of year. Will definitely be back.

Everything was great, food was good, staff was very friendly. The only thing I’d change is th Tvs. For the price you pay at this hotel you’d think there would be a smart tv. No one watches channels anymore it’s 2026 Hilton.

Overall Rating: 4/5 Stars We recently stayed at the Hilton Lac-Leamy and had a largely wonderful experience. The hotel offers a great atmosphere, though there were some frustrations regarding the dining transparency. The Highlights • The Pool Area: This was easily the standout feature of our trip. The pool was perfectly heated, making it comfortable even for long swims. We also appreciated that it wasn't overcrowded, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the facility. • General Atmosphere: The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, and the overall quality of the stay met the high standards we expected from the Hilton brand. Areas for Improvement Our only significant disappointment was the breakfast service. There was a lack of clear communication regarding the pricing for children. We were initially quoted one price by the staff at the front of the restaurant, but the final bill was higher. It turned out there was a price distinction between the cold station and the hot station that wasn't explained to us beforehand. As a result, we ended up paying more than anticipated for our 8-year-old daughter’s meal. Final Verdict While the breakfast billing was a bit of a headache, the rest of the stay was excellent. If you’re looking for a hotel with a fantastic, quiet pool, this is a great choice—just be sure to double-check the specific buffet inclusions before you sit down to eat!

Nice room and very clean

This review pertains to the policy decisions made by the Hotel itself. My spouse and I had to cancel our stay because of a last minute health issue on the day of our stay. We notified the hotel and requested a credit/refund so we could reschedule (even though we were cancelling less than 24 hrs prior to stay). We had also prepaid our breakfast for the following day. The hotel decided they would NOT honor our request and so, we lost our money and were not able to reschedule. This was supposed to be a nice 26 wedding anniversary stay but for unexpected medical reasons we couldn’t attend. Needless to say, I will never EVER book with this hotel, or any other Hilton brand in the future, and will be sharing my experience with others. This hotel management staff showed no compassion for their customers whatsoever.

Wonderful hotel. Fantastic restaurants and spa. Very clean, large rooms. Staying here is a great experience for a one night get away staycation.

The hotel was excellent. Disappointed with the room service food. The pizza dough was so thin in the middle of the pizza that the toppings we falling through whatever dough there was.

Room was great size, staff were very friendly and very accommodating to all our requests. Loved the amenities the outdoor salt hot pool and bars. The only thing missing was breakfast was not included, was an extra cost.

We arrived at noon and our rooms were ready and big surprise with both rooms receiving a free upgrade to a King Suite! What a beautiful room and great surprise. On our check-out date, we asked for a 2 hour late check-out..they granted it to us with 1 of our rooms at no charge. We requested 2 rooms next to each other, and that was done as well! Room spotless, baggage service excellent. We had breakfast included and it was well worth the extra $ added to reservation. Full breakfast buffet! We came here for the looks and they were fantastic! Heated outdoor pool at 88 degrees and 2 hot tubs outside at 100 degrees! Indoor pool and hot tub also fabulous! Steam room in both men and women changing room. Attached to casino so a short indoor walk! Dinner at casino restaurant Banco… great value for $. Free Thursday night comedy show which was very nice. All in all a fantastic stay!
