My dogs were welcome which was one of the most important part of the trip. The Casino is located beside the hotel so it’s great. Pool & whirlpool are super clean, friendly staff. The rooms are perfect, good quality mattress, lots of pillows, great coffee, great cleaning staff, overall super friendly staff. Great food!!! Everything is great except parking because of the casino there’s a lot of cars (even though the parking lot is super big) so most of the time you’ll have to walk a lot from your car to the hotel or pay the valet parking.

The bed cover was dirty 😔

The pools were 88 degrees inside and out. Hot tubs wonderful. Room had beautiful view, very clean and luxurious. Staff were all very friendly.

The staff was remarkable.From reception to housekeepers to hostesses at th restaurant. All were friendly,professional and keenly interested in your personal preferences. It was truly noticeable and much appreciated!

So many options for breakfast, the best I have ever had in a hotel. Heated outdoor pool swim out entrance from the inside perfect access without getting cold- need to bring a hat/tuque. Supper was amazing and service throughout stay was excellent

Really appreciated the free upgrade to the Executive Floor - highly recommend the lounge with the free coffee/non-alcoholic drinks, cold breakfast + afternoon hors d’oeuvres! Pool amenities are wonderful. 5 stars!

Staff is great but little slow during check in. Rooms are lovely but Mattresses need to be changed, didn't have the best sleep.

First time staying it was awesome
