Everything was amazing, except for the fact that there's no microwave in the room. I even called down to the front desk to find out if there was access to a microwave for the guests & I was told no, which was very disappointing. Because of this, I refrained from spending as much money on food since I would not be able to enjoy it if I had left overs. This is supposed to be a "resort", but doesn't offer such a basic amenity. Other than that, everything was exquisite. The room was clean, the view was heavenly, the deep tub was a dream!

Premium room had a good view of the river. Started by stopping at what is now Caesars and found out we were booked at the old tower away from all the amenities, Check in was extremely slow, room was nice but there were indentions in the floor and and several stains on the floor, TVs were small and would constantly lose picture, and when we had door dash delivered to the room since we were apart from the Caesars tower, the concierge just let our food sit at his counter without letting us know then when we went to get it he questioned it and then sniffed it, very weird! Had to pay resort fees which this was far from a resort, paid full price for valet even though we didn’t get the vehicle after arriving, so my advice, there’s better places down in this area of New Orleans.

the old tower across the street needs severely updated. the new building with the casino is perfection. 5 out of 5 stars. I had the old tower on my reservation and I upgraded my room to stay in the new building

The hotel staff were friendly and my room was beautiful and spotless. The food was delicious and when I ordered room service it came in a timely manner. I had difficulty finding where to park and was told valet wasn't an option for my reservation. I had to park down and across the street and it wasn't cheap. I just wish if I'm paying $300 a night for a room I can at least have a place to park.

Everything was mostly great , except valet and parking could be better, their was an extended wait time however we stayed on a busy weekend and after discharge we noticed we left glasses and I tried several ways to reach front lobby but operator kept transferring us to the Ceasars which is where we thought we were staying but once we arrived the type of room we booked was for the Harrahs which sits across the street. Only issue with that was extended time to get bk and traffic to go to other property and there was no way to connect to that property on the phone so our left item could be returned.we were directed to online lost and found only for them to say they couldn’t find it but we know for a fact the item was left in the room !!!
