Everything was splendidly perfect!

Loved the amenities in the room and the view of the lake

The stay was great, friendly staff, clean room. The only issue was that the hot tub was barely warm.

Yes great parking. Saw many dogs and loved having them around. Would like to book an extended winter stay in room 333. Two months- Jan & Feb 2027. Wanting to return for a longer stay says it all.

Room was fantastic! Way bigger than expected. Didn’t like that using the hottub was an ordeal. The hot tub is outside and weather was a bit nasty so covers needed to be removed/moved when you’re wet and chilly! Possibly this step isn’t necessary when better weather? Room and access and staff were wall fantastic

5pm check in is ridiculous 10am check out is also ridiculous for these prices. The 4th floor is about 25 degrees and you can’t turn air con in your room so plan to be hot in the winter. Have to walk through smokers to get to your car which defeats the “resort” feel. Pros are quiet this time of year.

Rooms were spatious and staff were pleasant

My stay was okay overall. The room itself was spacious and clean. The hot tub was extremely hot when I first tried to use it, to the point where I had to complain. Staff did fix it, but it was inconvenient to deal with. Service in general felt a bit slow, though everyone was polite. It might just not have been the right season to visit, because the hotel felt very whatever not bad, just nothing special either.

Staff great, room needed a fridge not wine chiller. Needed a microwave as there was no access to breakfast. The rest was my lack of research. Loved location, easy access to shopping.

It would be good to clarify if the underground parking stalls are assigned and/or unit # specific. No breakfast options on-site is kind of a downer especially to or those of us needing breakfast before a long drive home.

I was impressed with attention to detail. Robes, towels folded crisp and tight, paper towels in the room folded. Nice job

Wonderful setting and terrific resort even in off season.

The room is super with the lake view from the balcony. Kitchen and laundry facilities are also available. Bedroom and bathroom are clean and comfortable. I recommend this facility to everyone.
