Good stay overall... weird stairs on the 2nd and 3rd floor... was a pain to get your luggage in and out ...

Everything was great, but it was not soundproof so I could hear the floor above me and door banging shut.

We were very impressed with the breakfast. I had read about it in other reviews but really understood once I got in the breakfast hall in the morning. The walls seemed to let much sound from the hallway, but it didn't bother us too much and we still had a great stay!

La dame a l'accueil m'a informé des activités a faire a l'intérieur pour Québec avec deux enfants TDAH qui fessait trop froid pour être a l'extérieur. Elle nous a suggéré Isaute et se fût génial..

Personnel gentil, courtois et à l’écoute. Chambre très bien équipée , propre, lit confortable. Piscine un peu froide. Petit déjeuner adéquat mais sans pain sans gluten.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet despite it being a busy weekend. The flooring in our room was in rough shape from wear and tear, but everything else was modern and good. Pool was clean and warm, and breakfast was great as well. Loved the pancake machine. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
