Was disappointed with the room. Paid the premium for the sea view. Room 658 has an ubstructed view of the off in the distance. The view is blocked by trees. The only thing to view was the guests in the room outside of the balcony. Also, found the staff by the beach bar very rude on 3 separate instances.

Boendet fantastiskt lyxig men utanför hotellet fanns inte mycket kändes lite fattigt och inte riktigt turistigt men själva hotellet topp så det räcker med att man är i hotellet

The hotel is a resort- like set up. On a Marina with large beautiful boats. Has a nice pool overlooking the beach and the indoor pool for those looking to get out of heat! The tiered lounging spots nestled on a hillside amongst the pines. Plenty of refreshments everywhere. 5 nice restaurants on premise. Just lovely and staff very friendly!

Everyone was friendly, the setting is beautiful, the amenities are immaculate. The bed was incredibly comfortable and love Malin and goetz products in the bathroom! We had a lovely stay.

Very large hotel with lots of different areas and things to do. Plenty of sunbeds. Boat trips run direct from resort. Our room didn’t include meals but lots of nice areas to eat and drink . Pebble beach but sand when stepping further out into the sea. Only stayed 3 nights but could happily stay longer.

Area around the property was shabby and property was way over priced for the amenities it offered. No one explained to us and the property pics online suggest they might have a private beach which does not seem to be the case

If you want an average, huge, sprawling hotel that caters to conventions and you never want to leave the property this is your place. This was not the right place for us. Our family of 5 (3 kids in their early 20’s) love to do pool & beach but we also love easy access to activities, tours, shops, bars, restaurants and enjoy the culture & sights. There is nothing to do in the hotel and nothing around the hotel. And even though the hotel was supposedly sold out it felt like a ghost town. You need to go to Split if yiu want to do anything & it’s not cheap or convenient. The hotel has no transportation so an uber or taxi is necessary. Which at best is 30min drive and $18e uber or $35e taxi each way during the slow season. IF you can get one. We had uber cxl us several times because it’s too far & the traffic is horrific. And we were there 2 weeks BEFORE the season begins! Staff was fair- guys out front were very friendly & helpful & morning restaurant hostess was great but I can’t say the same for front desk or concierge. We travel a lot & simply like to feel like we matter. But we did not feel it here. Front desk was very unhelpful in a reservation situation (which got fixed by our 3rd party agency) and concierge couldn’t have been more bored or unhelpful. Hotel was clean & overall an average Marriott but not the place for us. We stayed in 2 other hotels during our stay & they were amazing. Price is way too high for what you get here.

Beautiful hotel with a nice new walkway along the beach to visit other restaurants and feel the ocean breeze. A great way to spend a birthday and they were so accommodating with a cake in the room. We were super sad to have to leave.

Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there.

The room you book is not what you get! We booked a 1 bedroom suite with a Sea View (2.5X the base rate). It's not a sea view. It's a tree view! See attached photo. Half the staff were very friendly. Half the staff were not! Several unprofessional interactions: 1. Being denied a change of room. 2. We got a room on the 6th floor. Although the sea is behind these trees, they need to be clear on the listing it's a "Partial Sea View". The rooms on the 8th and 9th clear the tree line. When asked for these, their reply: "We don't have rooms on the 9th floor". See photo attached. Clearly, they have rooms on the 9th floor, AND we met a guest staying on the 9th floor! What was the need to lie? 3. When we called for Room service: the lady refused to acknowledge our order because we pronounced "Gnocchi" incorrectly. They wanted it pronounced as "GNYOKKI" versus our pronunciation of "GNOKKI" 4. Overall quality of food at the property for the high price is unacceptable. Example: PLAIN spaghetti KIDS portion: 16 Euros Plus a 4 Euro delivery charge! 5. Asian restaurant on site did not have their billing systems working, and could not give us a bill, nor receipt, and refused charging it to the room. They demanded cash or credit card. When I asked them to send me a copy later, he said he can't. Despite being a 'Gold Elite' member with Bonvoy, it made NO difference here. We have stayed at over 30 Bonvoy properties over the years. This is by far the worst experience ever.

The stuff was inconsiderate and when I approached them with a request they just brushed me off. We were really looking forward to stay and enjoy the property, but unfortunately it was not the case for us.

The hotel and staff were generally excellent. However, the hotel had corporate events on during our stay. This meant that some of the hotel’s facilities were either not available to us, or too busy, including restaurants and pub. This would not have been a problem for us had there been any warning or notice to the hotel’s other guests. There was no such notification and as a result we weren’t able to plan around this and had to eat out

One of the ladies in reception, Mia, was amazing in making sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable since I recently had knee surgery. She made sure to get me a room near the elevator to minimize how much I had to walk around, it is a large property.

Large hotel that is family friendly. We stayed here with our 5 year old daughter and had a lovely time. The hotel lobby is grand with beautiful decor. However the rooms, not so much. Our room was outdated, including the bathroom. They had breakfast every morning with a wide selection of food. The outdoor pool and beach were nice but the indoor pool was not. The restaurants were amazing especially the Italian one. Also note that this place is a good 25 minute drive from old town - longer if there's traffic.
