overall excellent

It had room for us when EU power outages caused havoc to flights out of Morrocco.

Please clean the room properly especially bathroom. We found bunch of hair in the bathroom, red stain on the door, ripped towels, ants in the room. Honestly it is gross ! That's pretty disappointing as it is part of Accor Group. Staff were nice !

Not clean

Good choice

When i booked, it said it was 10 minutes from the centre - this is completely false. It is 30 minutes, give or take a minute or two. I also booked because of the pool, but this was exceedingly cold (too cold to enjoy) and then cordened off for the last 4 days of my 5-day trip. We were not offered any sort of compensation as this was one of the reasons why i booked this particular hotel. There are also not enough plug sockets in the room (there are only 2 together next to the window) and no tea or coffee making facilities. Communication with some staff was slightly limited. We were also in a room facing the maim road which was very noisy throughout the night, so you should request a pool-facing room.

Everything was good about the property with the exception the shower was draining slowly. I notified them the first day, and they sent a repairman. He told me it was fixed, but it still was not. They offered me another room, but I was too tired to move. That was the only negative about this hotel. The staff was very courteous but management should do quality checks frequently!

Ants and other insect infestations in the room

Was nothing to do in comparation with the pictures of the website of the facilities , I think this important hotel group should take care of it to keep their usual image . I’ll never come back. Poor is the most core t word I can use . Hope they take care asap

As per expectations

It was a horrible. The receptionist is really rude person. The rooms is very messy and dirty. Im so regret i stayed in this hotel

Air conditioning was warm and hardly blowing any air, did complain but nothing done. Tour groups do pick up at the hotel and the pool was good.

Very old. No maintenance. Very dirty. Couldn't even take a shower. Not even a closet in the room.

Prices are high considering the quality & room has no mini fridge

The pool wasn't working. Check in took too long ( 1 hour) The washroom wasn't clean. The staff were not hospitable. Breakfast was nice and up to the standards.
