It was an OK stay. You get what you pay.

Upon first entering the room we were greeted by a large cockroach running across the floor as well as a dead one in the middle of the room. We checked in as a group of 3 and they only provided 2 large towels, it took 3 calls to the front desk to finally get a third towel and it was a beach towel. The room was on the lower level of the parkade, practically underground, the air conditioning was difficult to control and the shower was super hot or almost cold. I would not recommend

Late check in, short stuff, had to ask for toiletries every day, no blankets. Cleaning lady very nice , just every day she called me to ask if i need room cleanning service. Shower leak water outside the shower.

La habitación estaba sucia, el baño, el lavabo, la tina mohoso, me salieron cucarachas del baño, les falta invertir mucho en el hotel. Sigo apostando por él porque la atención es buena, está bien ubicado, pero si les falta invertir más en su renovación. La atención fue muy buena, los que ayudan con el equipaje super amables. Regresaría otra vez pero ruego que no me vuelva a tocar una habitación así de fea.

This place has a great friendly atmosphere and delicious food at the little restaurant. However, it looks a bit old and definitely needs an upgrade. It would be great if it had a small fridge and microwave.

No shopping options, room was not clean, bathroom with dark spots all over to include shower area, towels smell was not good at all.

Checked out 1 day earlier than expected due to how unkept this place is. Very dirty room. They definitely need to work on dusting all areas. Living room area had light on ceiling. The cover to the light came off and down came little termites straight on to the dining table. Bathtub was yellow, you could tell it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Towels that they provided had holes in them. Baseboards through the whole room/bathroom and livingroom were full of dust. Also saw random tiny bugs in livingroom/kitchen area (stove or sink did not work). Very disappointed with this place. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE THINKING OF BOOKING THIS PLACE! Front desk staff were all very nice. I understand that they can only do so much.
