This hotel is amezing , beau5staff , the breakfast was out of this world , very clean and amezing area love it 💓

Si lo que quieres es ir al teatro este hotel es lo mejor!

Inicialmente no dieron una habitación donde sabian que la tv no funcionaba correctamente y al realizar el reclamo, nos cambiaron de habitación. Luego, entendiendo que el hotel es eco friendly, el bañarse es un problema, ya que no tiene para regular la temperatura, por lo que terminas bañando con agua natural y en invierno es un problema y sumado que a la disposición de los baños, en la salida de la ducha hace mucho frio, lo que multiplica la incomodidad del momento.

Last minute overnight street theater. It was a disaster. Room service will never answer nor did the reception. They charged extra 21% although we showed our foreign ids because we were not carrying our papers with us

This was my second time staying at this hotel and they did not disappoint. Hotel is located in the heart of BA, walkable, a lot of dining options available, nightlife, shows. Definitely recommend!!

Great atmosphere

Everything was great with only one exception. The shower facilities… the faucet can’t get the warm water unless you get a 2 seconds of very cold water …. Not a good system

Only good thing about it was location. Hotel need renovation. No iron board in room and when asked for it they directed different level to go and do it yourself. Coach in room was so old and dirty . Never saw smile from any of staffs. Room key reader was faulty and atleast once a day they needed to reprogram it. They charged fir 4 star hotel but service was max 3 star.

Location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants, and historic sights.

t almost like Times Square in New York. We loved it and would definitely stay there when we come back.

Thé staff is amazing and super nice and understanding. They all try to help you with what you may need. The facilities are pretty and the hotel modern. I would totally stay there again !

Modern appearance and clean look.

Helpful staffs. Prime area. Just that there were a few drunks sleeping on the streets. Transportation could be delayed due to traffic. The room had a semi-broken shower head. Causing water to spray up the shower ceiling. By the time I left, the ceiling was not in a good shape anymore. Cleanliness of the dining area could use a real improvement during busy time.

Well located in the 'Avenue that never sleeps', a short walk from the Obelisk. Many restaurants and shops, Carrefour is just nearby.

Always clean and Welcoming. Smelling well appointed rooms. Overall excellent
