Clean room good niceeeeeee

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The main highlights were the cleanliness, amenities and friendly staff. Both, the check-in and check-out were very fast and smooth. We also appreciated the location (close to the village) and the fact that the hotel is pet friendly. We'll definitely come back again!

Easy to find, fantastic room and beautiful place. Golf and restaurant is a short drive, not on site.

A very nice hotel, modern and clean in a great area close to amenities. Staff were friendly and efficient, The room was spacious and quiet, beds plush and bath was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Collingwood area.

Check in staff rebecca was rude. she mentioned the room numbers out loud and when asked of she could not mention the numbers outloud and just mention the floor for security reasons she said we dont do that here. how would you know which rooms you're in if I don't say it. when i said we can see the numbers just point us to the directions to the elevators she said "well if i don't tell you the room number you can figure it out for yourself!" Then at check out we had to wait an hour because we told her we would be leaving at 6 and she said thats fine someone will be there to check the rooms so we can get the deposit back and housekeeping didnt arrive until 7AM. we couldnt get our full deposit back. it was $600 and it was done with incriments for 200 - 150 - 100 - 50 and we were still left with $100 pending. the lady at the front desk who was nice said she will refund it but since it was prepaid through expedia we still havent gotten the money back!

Clean rooms and great customer service.

Everything was nice . Parks,restaurants,Blue Mountain are near of the property. The only thing I suggest ( it is not a complaint) . The AC with fan in high mode,make some noise. But we want to comeback. Thank you

The receptionist was far from hospitable and unprofessional. The room upon checking hard a strong smell of curry and the beds had squeaky exposed wooden frames. The gym was ridiculously small and could nearly fit one person with little or not much space to work in. I would never make the mistake of visiting or booking for a stay. My family remains terrified of this experience.

My stay at the Living Stone Golf Resort did not meet my expectations. The photographs on the website did not accurately represent the actual resort. I had anticipated that each room would have a kitchenette or at least a restaurant or room service. When I inquired about these amenities, I was directed to the Living Water Resort and Spa. Even the golfing, which was a short walk from the hotel, was at the Living Water Resort. I paid less for a room, but even the coupons I received for discounts on activities a majority were only valid at the Living Water Resort. I would not recommend this resort. I am giving it one star because I was not impressed.

Clean room. Parking availability very good. Staff helpful.

It would have been nice to have coffee and tea available. A microwave and in the room, instead of by the elevator. Clear and instructions on where the outdoor pool was could not find where you do the paddle boarding.

Everything is excellent

The warm floor in the bathroom was nice. Bathroom was a nice size. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower/bathtub

Cool amenities! Clean and comfortable

The staff at the reception on 22nd July at noon didn't have the courtesy and the needed etiquette and was having a manipulative conversation...this created a very wrong impression. I would like to put in that everything else was good, comfortable and we enjoyed the stay other than the above mentioned bad experience
