great hotel, close to Geneva, great for SPA and retreat.

This was our 4th stay at Jiva Hill. We absolutely love the hotel and its surroundings. We have a corner room which is worth the extra money as the views from the wrap around balcony are stunning. Staff is fantastic, food is great and rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Would highly recommend

A fantastic stay at Jiva Hill. We will go back without a doubt as it was terrific for all of us. The only thing I would not do next time, is go to the Jiva Hill restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for someone to take our order and a further 40 minutes before we got any of our meal. With a starving 9 year old and feeling at little tired as it approached to 10.20pm we decided to head to our room. When we got the food, it was absolutely delicious but sadly the wait, and the feeling of complete and utter disorganisation and lack of communication between the staff led to a disappointing experience. We will try the Italian restaurant on site next time, which, we have been assured is much faster service.
