A okay spot to stay for a one night to break up your trip. Small rooms, with basic amenities. Staff were lovely

We keep saying we won't go there again but this time we mean it. It is very conveniently place on the edge of a large retail park. The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. There hsve been problems in the past with the door locks do now they have installed a key sytem but unfortunately the key is vrry dtiff and it is difficult to open the door. Money needs to be sent to overall the infrastructure.

We havexstayed at this hotel quite a few times on the way through France. The room is small but becauseit isnonly for one night this is not a problem.it is clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful. However there always seems to be a niggle with the room. This time the air-conditioning wasn't functioning , the time before the flush on the toilet kept running . I feel the hotel needs a refurbishment.

Love this chain of hotels. the room we had was given a deep clean unfortunately the carpet was still wet. Reported to the reception and they were so apologetic and moved us straight away. Would definitely stay again with no problem as the beds are so comfy.

This hotel proved ot be good stop for a trip south ,, about 3 miles off the Autoroute, but easy to find .. warm and comfortable .. friendly staff .. everything OK

A comfortable but basic room in an hotel in the business district. Quite expensive but clean and easy to find.

When we arrived, the reception was closed and the machine was not working. Consequently, we could not get into the hotel, despite the fact that we had booked (and paid!) through Expedia.

An ideal stop on our route back home. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Good dinner and all at a reasonable price.

This hotel, although not super luxury gave us everything we needed in travelling south - close to the motorway, clean, warm and safe ... good restaurant on site, and friendly staff ... great value for money

Despite it is a campanile hotel, it was clean and staff were extremely friendly.

This Campanile is located very close to a large supermarket, and has been modernised to the current "basic" standard. The large comfortable bed made the room a little cramped, but anyone who has used basic Campaniles would be used to this. The shower room has been modernised to a good standard, with both "rain" and ordinary showers to choose from. However, there was no hair-dryer, although I believe that one was available from reception. The restaurant was good, with an above average buffet selection. I shall use this hotel again for overnight stops, and would recommend it to others.

Excellent stopover when traveling to Italy from U.K.

The accommodation blocks appear very run down on the exterior and the rooms all open to the open air so security is not so good. The parking is neither guarded nor enclosed. The location is on an industrial estate. There are better hotel options in Reims.

Very difficult to find as it is not in Chaintre! Some staff off-hand & dinner food was disappointing

No clear sign to check in as its an outbuilding and out of hours is a machine on the side of the building. Too Small of a room for 3 people. Breakfast was minimal with limited selection. Internal/Wifi was quite slow once access was gained. Beds were comfortable, good size bathroom but could've done with some better extraction.

Pb de chasse d'eau qui fuit et j'ai dû supporter un bruit régulier d'eau qui coule puis s'arrête etc.… j'ai démonté le système pour couper l'eau. Hormis ce désagrément, chambre au standard Campanile, chauffage clim OK, Wifi Ok, bon choix au Pdj plus que dans d'autres Campanile +

Accueil parfait, sourire, amabilité, de bons conseils rien à redire. Chambre avec une bonne literie, propre, mais loin d'être un exemple d' économie d'énergie : porte d'entrée vrai passoire thermique, chauffage de la salle des années 60, mais je ne doute pas que des améliorations seront faites
