Unexpected fees in small print. Horrible business practice. And when you make them notice that I never seen staff that handled this worse than these people. Not sure who train them but should be replaced.

The only negative was the bed. The mattresses could be improved. Otherwise, lovely property.

The place is amazing, the staff is welcoming but in the restaurants / cafe / bar they can be a bit slow, really attentive but slow. The property makes up for it, great beds, great accommodation and good food.

Gorgeous property, great food and services

Overall, Palacio Duhau is a beautiful, luxurious place. Their spa is excellent, with a 25-metre pool and great massage therapists. The only downside is the service. The main breakfast restaurant is great, with one hostess serving very quickly, with the right attitude and attention. However, the staff in the Piano Bar are plentiful but disorganised; once we waited 20 minutes for our coffee. The last disappointment was waiting 25 minutes for our bags to be brought from the room after checkout. It really depends on the person if you are cared or ignored in many situations.

Ficamos 5 noites muito bem instalados na suite 301 e o Hotel é lindo, tem uma localização ótima, serviço impecável. Porém foi muito ruim ter eventos em todos os restaurantes do Hotel no mesmo dia impossibilitando de tomar um café ou chá nos restaurante do Hotel. Fica a sugestão para sempre deixarem um dos locais abertos aos hospedes

Hotel was ok. We got wrong information at check in about breakfast not being included in the rate (it was), no information about a room change (when inquired were informed it was due to an upgrade to the palace, but our given room was facing the Main Street and quiete noisy). Elevator was not working properly and we got no down service in one night, when we called reception to ask for water since we did not get it and needed to go down to get it, since it wasn’t brought to our room.
