Bed sheets had hair from previous customers. Smoke alarm in the hallway was beeping all night and no one changed the batteries. Drainage at the shower was clogged preventing water to flow and flooding the shower fllor.

Outdated. Not clean.

I have stayed her multiple times and the service, quality, and staff are always the same. This is my go to hotel when I need to stay at a hotel in the area. The staff are always friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. The hotel is always clean and what I expect as a guest. I have never had a complaint when staying at the hotel. The times I have eaten at the restaurant has always been a great experience as well. The food has been delicious and a good variety.

All the personnel was superb. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a unique view.

Always great place to stay. Whenever I stay in Puebla this is my go to place. Conveniently located next to CAPU.

I like that is very close to the main bus station in Puebla, but the room I got, looked more like a motel roon than a hotel room to be honest. The towels looked like they seen better days.
