We have stayed at this hotel many times as we travel from USA to San Miguel de Allende. It always seems to be “under renovation”. No rooms available on first floor, no lift to second floor. Hallway carpeting is in bad condition.

Check in was easy, the staff was friendly! Some work needs to be done on the hotel but they are in the middle of renovating. Inside the rooms are nice and clean, the hallways need to be updated- which I think they are working on. The hotel is located on a very busy intersection so be prepared for that when getting in and out. However, it’s quiet and clean.

Good stop over with the dogs. Great bed. Big room. Lots of open space with grass for the pups

I just didn’t like that I made a reservation for a room with a king size bed and they changed it, apparently they charged me the same but I wanted a king size bed , other than that it was good.

Great hotel, secure parking, good restaurant, and good price.

Need to improve the towels and bathrooms conditions such as other properties under the same name The carpet on the aisle of the rooms is poor and is not clean The location is good and safe and the staff is great

The dining room was not open, which was disappointing. We ended up buying a few things from the vending machine. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable.

Great place

No...Fridge.microwave.soda or ice machines (guess you have to call room service) or ATM machine. Room didnt even have a pen/pad of paper. Restaurant food was sh*t...But at least I could bring my cat into the restaurant! LOL...The building is an older refurbished motel...Noisy as hell. 2 star at best. Give this one a pass.

Stay was nice, rooms are a bit dated. The front desk staff was super sweet and spoke great English.

Alfombras asquerosas dentro y fuera de los cuattos, la calefacción no sirve, el wc no sirve, sin agua caliente, toallas rotas y sucias, paredes sucias, tapiz despegado. Pésima experiencia!!!

For the most part, it was a clean and comfortable hotel. The food was generic at breakfast, but not too bad. I've always thought that a local restaurant should reflect the local foods. But that's just me.
