Elevator was broken both days. Breakfast staff was friendly but the breakfast was poorly microwaved.

The staff was kind and helpful at check in. Unfortunately our first room smelled like urine, I’m guessing from pets. It was awful. We were relocated to the next door room and the gal from he front desk was kind and quick to get me us into the new room. It smelled much better, but as we got into the night I was experiencing allergy-type breathing problems. It was quite clear a cat stayed in the room prior to us. I let the front desk clerk know and we left a day early. She let me know someone would reach out and inform me if they would partially refund the stay (not requested by me, but appreciated). Unfortunately, I never received a call or an email.

Nice hotel. A little in the older side but was clean and decent. It was cheaper than others in the area for more space. Free breakfast. It was perfect for an overnight trip.

We had a fantastic stay, Amanda really went out of her way to show us cool spots inside sequoia and kings canyon national park, she’s a gem!!

Loved everything except I got in late to room and had a connecting door to next room and felt like was in the same room and they were already sleeping

The bed felt WET. The area is super sketchy. Our floor reeks of weed. The AC was not working properly, and the first floor next to the elevator was FULL of house keeping carts, it’s a fire hazard. We’ve never had a bad stay at BW until today. Awful.

Room was average. Carpet on floor was smelly (including room and hallway). Elevator would work 50% of time. Breakfast was okay.

The elevator was broken and was very slow. A few times I thought I was going to get stuck. It was scary. Ended up taking the stairs.

There was a bunch of bugs on my room super bad experience we found a cockaroach and spiders

I didn’t like the sofa bed because was broken and disgusting, looks really horrible with lot of stains all over. Sorry but is the truth

Noisy with large trucks starting up early in the morning.
