Personnel agréable et courtois. Chambre propre, bonne literie, seul petit bémol le fond de la cuvette des toilettes très encrassé et pas de brosse pour frotter. Petit déjeuner très correct

Le personnel n'a pas pu me remettre la facture à mon nom

Très déçus. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain alors qu’il fait 8 degrés dehors le matin. Salle de bain vétuste, pas de balayette pour les wc. Pour le petit déjeuner, à 8h pas de jus d’orange (livraison prévue l’après midi…)pièce peu chauffée, on a du garder nos manteaux pour déjeuner. Le soir pas de lumière pour éclairer la porte d’entrée et chambre pas du tout insonorisée. Fini pour nous les hotels Campanile.

We have stayed at Campanile Hotels as they are conveniently situated, have ample free parking and have a restaurant. The room was clean and there was a large comfortable bed, good size bathroom and have external blinds which makes the room dark for sleeping. We were very disappointed as the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday. The website stated it was open every day of the week including Sundays which is why we booked. Their own website should be updated!

acceuil plutot correct. chambre propre mais bureau trop petit pour travailler avec un PC. rapport qualité prix correst.

J'etais en déplacement professionnel, l'hotel est bien situé et facile d'acces (pres de la sortie d'autoroute). tres bon accueil, les chambre très propre, et un très bon service.

Bien accueilli,la chambre propre confortable...Mais pour ce qui est de la restauration le soir,pathétique:absence de cuisinier,plat proposés plus à la carte,menu imposé,surgelé,qualité moyenne;repas bâclé en 15 mn après avoir attendu presque 1 heure.. Pour le petit-déjeuner,viennoiseries surgelées;un peu trop cuites..On nous a expliqué que ç'était dû au Covid,suppression de postes,mais en regardant les avis sur internet,on observe que les mêmes remarques y figurent...On en a ri "jaune".

Chambre refaite, prises usb, excellente literie. Très propre et calme. Ne pas se fier à l’etat extérieur défraîchi de l’hotel. Ensemble de l’équipe très aimable.

Very basic but food was good and they had an outside terrace.

Bathroom lacked hooks or they were falling of. Need repairing. Need a mirror on the desk, for ladies to do hair and make up whilst husband is in the bathroom. No decaffinated tea or coffee. No ice bucket for wine

Excellent for stop over. The tea making facility makes my choice.

Hotel good. Arrived late after long trip! Room very hot. No air con. No instructions in room as to how to operate shutter connect to Wi-Fi etc but plenty about food which had finished!!!. Room & bathroom a good size, bed comfy. Attention to detail needed & instructions replaced by housekeeping. .

I regret that this part of a very respectable hotel chain lets the side down on so many aspects I don't have the time to list them. I am very disappointed by this particular stay and will be happy to drive another hour to avoid staying there again.

For one night stay on our way to the South of France the hotel was very good and very good value for money. The restaurant was ok, but unfortunately only half an hour after opening they had run out of parts of the menu. One of us had to change to another dish for the main course which was not very nice. It was prawns with pasta with no taste and very watery. I only ate the prawns and as it was tasting awful. My partner had the fish dish which was quite nice. We also liked the buffet of starters and desserts. We would use the hotel again but may only have a snack or eat elsewhere.

Very convenient location and exceptionally friendly and thoughtful staff made a basic stop over an enjoyable experience.

Pity as hotel good in nice garden but service was terrible, not enough staff and totally stressed. Made a restaurant booking had to wait an hour extra for a table and another 30mns for a menu . No apology or greeting. So cancelled. Also cancelled having breakfast. But beware if this happens there are no more restaurants in the area.
