Very good location, friendly staff … over all reccomended hotel…👍

Everything is good, the location is also good, but around the hotel (200 meters) cars are not allowed to enter, there is a golf car from the hotel that will pick you up.

Staff friendly and location near city attraction

The hotel staff are very friendly and especially at check out time, they escorted us and looked for a taxi, but the downside is that there are no cars at the hotel.

The location is very good, close to historical sites, good service, with friendly staff.

Perfect location, just in front of Hagia Sophia and 200m from the Blue Mosque

The location is behind Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque, so it is strategically close to tourist and shopping centers and can still be reached on foot, the staff is also friendly and very informative and helpful, breakfast is international and Turkish standard, the restaurant view is beautiful, it's challenging if we bring laguage quite a lot, the locations around Haiga Sofia from 9am-9pm are closed to vehicles (taxis) so the taxi will drop us off outside the area, so we have to inform the hotel and they will send a golf car to pick us up , Looks like the hotels around this area have almost the same treatment. Cheap and easy transportation is by tram, tickets can be bought at the stations, recommended to stay here 👍❤.

Hotel location is near to tourist attraction. Breakfast can be improved. TV channels are local, not international. Staff service excellent. Taxi from Sabina Airport to hotel is 700 Trukish Lila, include cross-strait tunnel toll of 250 Lila. The turkish bath in our room 302 was heated and great in chilly cold weather.

Location is amazing, but the most impressive part about this hotel is how helpful and friendly the staffs are. They take extra effort to make my stay pleasant.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Friendly service, even I was given a room right next to Ayasofya. Then I went to the city of exchange and left the items in this hotel. When I returned I was given a nice room also with an ottoman-style bathroom, I love this hotel because the staff is good. For the food, that's the way it is because it's not in accordance with my tongue, Indonesian, but it's still okay for a European menu. One drawback of this hotel is that it is close to famous tourist attractions in Istanbul so if we want to go to the hotel during the day we have to walk a little distance. But I want to go back to this hotel again if I go to Istanbul again, God willing.
