Staff all brilliant, room was nice, free parking. Great location.

Weather great, the grounds was great, the gym/ swimming very good, staff great

No hot water in the morning so I was unable to have a bath only a Luke warm shower. Cheap Plastic cups provided for the bathroom that had been used ,rinsed out and re wrapped they smelt disgusting. Room was adequately equipped, bed was clean and comfortable but overall not worth the money.

Breakfast was good.

No hot water in the morning and very little sympathy from reception - 'the engineer has been working on it' (didnt see one anywhere) Twin room had both beds pushed together, when we separated them the floor and wall was filthy

Pool was very quiet

Nice setting, we had high hopes. Unfortunately, air conditioning unit poured water all over lamp switch, freezing cold showers in the morning and a poor breakfast spoiled the stay. Could have been great which was disappointing

1. Staff are outstanding. Natalie & Stella. Great people. The Manager is there, working. 2. Bed comfort very good. 3. Breakfast quality & choice = excellent. The overall package & location is well worth it.

Just the Wifi let it down really, constantly disconecting.

I stayed one night because I was attending a family event locally. The hotel is in the countryside and very quiet. Good pool and gym facilities. Staff were lovely and really helpful. The whole place had a lovely feel.

Been to two weddings there and stayed in ten years and loved it !

When we arrived, there was no remote for the TV and dispite a few attempts, one couldnt be found. Day 2 they brough a remote at 7am. The fridge didn't work which we told them about on departure as didnt want to keep moaning about things. Room was very clean but a bit of a lack of finish. Bed was gorgeous size and bedding was nice but mattress was quite hard. Would overall stay again but perhaps not more than one night.

Very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and room, great shower and bath with lovely smelling toiletries. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer supplied. Buffet breakfast of good standard and nice dining room. Spacious bar and lots of outside seating space. Had a meal from the bar one evening and the cajun salmon and herb rice was very good. The hotel does cater for weddings and big groups which didn't worry me but might some people. All in all, a lovely 2 night stay
