It's a real shame. It seems the hotel went to great lengths to save money. My family thought we could take the disposable slippers with us, but they turned out they weren't disposable! They told us at check-out that one pair was missing...😂 Okay! We were wrong, here you go. We'll just stay somewhere else next time.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is delicious.

The air conditioner water kept dripping all night. I had to use a towel to wipe it up. I informed the staff and they apologized.

The room is very old, very stuffy, very bad, it's not good to speak. Whoever comes to stay, please take a look at the good reviews. I really missed booking.

Started with a bad smell in the room, then thin walls or no insulation so can hear next rooms, wake up many times because of noise. On last day went to go have breakfast and I was stopped asked my room #, but many other guests walk in not asked for room #, I asked what the issue was and they just stare at me while on their phones, so I leave and spend my money somewhere else for breakfast. I will not revisit this hotel and have posted my experience on social media to let others know before they book there.

ห้องก้อโอเค มีข้อเสียเล็กน้อย ในห้องน้ำ อ่างล้างหน้าน้ำไม่ค่อยลง, เหมือนจะมีน้ำซึมที่พื้น แล้วก็มีคราบสกปรกติดฝักบัวเยอะมาก สิ่งแวดล้อมหน้าห้องไม่ค่อยดี รอบนี้เจอนักท่องเที่ยวสูบบุหรี่ในห้อง ออกจากลิฟต์มา เหม็นมากเลย ทั้งที่เป็น Non-smoking floor สำหรับคนแพ้กลิ่นบุหรี่ เท่านี้ก้อทำให้จามได้

ห้องกว้าง มีอ่างอาบน้ำ วิวมุมสูงของกรุงเทพ มีลานจอดรถ เซเว่นข้างโรงแรม เดินไป3นาทีมีตลาดของกิน big c พนักงานบริการอย่างดีเยี่ยมทุกคน ไม่ว่าเชคอิน ถือกระเป๋า ห้องอาหาร พนักงานทำความสะอาดห้องพัก โดยเฉพาะคุณโป๊บและคุณกบ ขอบคุณที่ช่วยเหลือเราระหว่างเข้าพัก ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน

ห้องใหญ่สบาย ได้อยู่ชั้นบน ๆ ทุกอย่างดีหมด ติแค่กองขี้ฝุ่นริม ๆ กระจก กับห้องน้ำไม่มีสายฉีดเท่านั้น (โน้ตว่า โรงแรมเก็บค่ามัดจำห้องเพิ่ม 1,000 บาท นะ)
