The manager Lori was simply the best!

The Beds could be more Plush.

Worn out looking but staff was ok.

AC units had mold in them. Requested to change rooms and both AC units had mold.

The shower head was not screwed on stiff enough so after a shower there would be water on your bathroom floor.

Everything was good but the Mattress needs replaced .

We really liked the convenience of being on the first floor especially since the curtains could be closed completely. (We’ve stayed in other places where that was not the case). We enjoyed having coffee in the room but would have liked a little more cream and sugars. Breakfast was nice and appreciated as we wanted to get on our way without additional stops. And the bed was very comfortable!

Fairfield Inn is a great hotel. Nelson makes sure of the property cleanliness and makes sure that the guest experience is good. Helena prepares a great breakfast. Really like the pool and hot-tub area. I'll be back soon enough. -Michael

Clean and fast friendly service.

I LOVE the evening reception manager, pool area, delicious breakfast & excellent dining manager at this location. My two stays have both been wonderful and I will continue to stay here whenever possible.

Host of and staff was incredible with assisting me with obtaining information.

Fairfield is a great hotel. Nelson does a great job keeping it clean. Christina put out a great spread of chips and drinks. Nice win to enjoy the game, thank you. See you next time.
